These are great if you want to feel good all day, but they're not the best to strengthen muscles since they're large enough to stay put without help. They're quiet and can be removed easily. I would recommend these to any woman who asked.

Pros:

No batteries! Slight arousal all the time. Ease of removal due to string. Quiet.

Cons:

A bit large.

This toy was definitely designed

After doing a bit of research on “Ben Wa” balls, I found that people were, in general, the most happy with the Smart Balls so I decided to try them. Even while tightly wrapped, I had an idea of sensations these Smart Balls would give as I could feel the movement from the core of the balls while carrying the package. When I opened up the box and saw the rather large pink silicone I was very skeptical and, to be honest, a bit scared. I read everything possible on the box before I was brave enough to pull it out of the clear plastic.

Slowly I removed the contents, which included some free lubricant, to my happy surprise. The Smart Balls are joined together by a length of silicone and have a very strong string at one end to allow for easy removal. The vibrations are caused by movement. I picture a weighted marble inside that rolls around in a hard casing that’s sealed in a very soft silicone cover. It is very quiet and can’t be heard very well even while in your hand. However, the size is daunting. Man, they’re larger than I thought. I would compare each ball to be slightly bigger than an avocado seed. I highly suggest using some of the lubricant to help insert (and also trimming your fingernails). The easiest way to get them in is lying on your back. It’s a bit tough due to the size but all I can suggest is relax.

Once they’re in, they’re hardly noticed (especially if you’ve ever used a tampon). The one thing I did notice when I walked around was the constant arousal I had. It wasn’t a sweating, must find satisfaction now type of arousal, but a feel-good, smiling arousal. Even though I couldn’t directly feel the marbles move, unless I jumped up and down, it apparently was enough for me to remain rather moist down there. The sound couldn’t be heard unless I jumped up and down, and then it was very quiet.

The purpose of “Ben Wa” balls is to strengthen the muscles down there- you have to use the muscles to hold the balls in or they’d never stay up there. These balls are so large, you need no muscular help to hold them in, and so if you just want to strengthen your muscles, these are not for you. If you want discreet pleasure without the hassle of tightening your muscles, I suggest you purchase these. I am glad I got them but the size still scares me. ;-)

I have a small cunt, and I was nervous about the size. My solution; lube, and inserting only one to start...then I worked my way up to the second.

I totally agree about the arousal. Try vacuuming with them in, or running down a flight of stairs...hehehe
