Always on the lookout for new and better sex toys, I ordered a pair of Fun Factory Smart balls. The idea of a toy that exercises and strengthens the kegel muscles while you wear them appealed to me. Upon receipt, I took them out of their clever packages to examine them. Made of easy to clean silicone, they’re smooth, almost velvety to the touch with a nice size and weight to them. The two oval-shaped balls are attached to each other and to a silicone cord for removal. They come packaged with a sample of lube and instructions on how to insert them. My first impression was that they were a little difficult to insert properly. I used the lube included, but upon first insertion, found them a little uncomfortable. I wore them for about fifteen minutes before removing them, cleaning and re-lubing them, and tried inserting them again. This time they felt much better – they felt more comfortable and moving around, I could feel a little tremble deep within me with each sway of my hips as I walked. The Smart balls are billed as being discrete and quiet, and though you can feel them inside you, they are pretty silent.
