Smart Balls are the best Kegal exercise that you could ask for and one of my favourite toys.

I discovered them after doing some research online about Kegals and realized that this was a product that would be worth trying. After receiving them, I quickly opened the package and with a bit of lube I had them inside. At first, it took awhile to get use them due to the size (approximate size is if you make a circle with your thumb and finger for each ball). However, once you get them in correctly, you get use to them quickly. Smart balls are two balls that are joined with a small link and a loop, which allows you to pull gently on them for increased strength and for removal. Inside, the balls are weighted which allows slight vibration when you move. The best part of this is you can wear them and no one will notice, unless you want them to. A bonus that I wasn’t expecting was, after extended use I could orgasm with the Smart Balls inside me, without any other stimulation. It makes taking breaks at work extra rewarding.
