K-Y yours and mine - water based lube by K-Y Brand - review by (k)InkyIvy

My partner decided to get this lube when we were preparing to try out a new sex toy. I don't know what made him choose this lube over others, but he did. We tried it out and HATED it!

The "Yours" made him so uncomfortable that he had to stop in the middle of sex to run to the shower and rinse himself off. I followed shortly after to get rid of the "Mine". We've tried trading, which is a little better, but not much. Thankfully, it washes off pretty easily, so you're not struggling to get it off of you and stop the discomfort. Soap and water will do the trick if you don't like how it feels.

This lube is a little better if you're using it for anal instead of vaginal, but it does tend to get sticky after a little while. And by little while, I mean about 10 minutes.

Yes, the lube is aesthetically pleasing. Pretty colors, cute little tubes, etc... But the tubes leak if you don't keep them upright at all times, which is difficult since they have rounded bottoms. I've discovered that the easiest (and one of the very few) ways to keep this set upright is by leaning them up against something. For us, it's our night stand. They have a little cuff thing that holds them side by side, which makes things more cumbersome if you're trying to get to one in a hurry. Another thing is the plastic that the tubes are made of. It's such a stiff/firm material that it's a struggle to squeeze them, which makes things difficult, especially if you've already got a bit of lube on your hands. The "Yours" causes a cooling, tingling sensation, while the "Mine" causes a warming sensation. Obviously, some people will find these feelings pleasant while others will not. Sadly, we were some of the users that didn't enjoy the sensations brought on by these lubricants.
