Zini seed - clitoral stimulator by Zini - review by Jobthingy

USE:

The Zini Seed is a gorgeous clitoral vibrator. It is not really meant for internal fun. It is small, easy to store, easy to care for, locks for travel, and a whole lot of fun. The vibrations come from the silicone tip and are a bit buzzy but not enough so that you will go numb.

MATERIAL/TEXTURE/DESIGN/SHAPE:

The Seed is shaped, well, kind of like a seed, or pod. It is just shy of 5 inches in length and tapers on both ends. It combines plastic for the operating end and silicone for the vibrating end as well as the small charging port cover. It has 3 buttons. + and - are flush against the toy and the O is slightly raised.

The silicone end comes to a smooth, rounded tip (almost like a finger) that allows for perfect pinpoint clitoral stimulation.



FUNCTIONS:

Oh the functions. The Seed has surpassed my expectations in function. It has 5 speeds and 10 patters. All the patterns can be used at any of the speeds. There is also a random mode that cycles through all the patterns over and over. It will pulse, escalate, and randomly buzz you into a happy place. All the patterns are color coded as well so you can remember which color is your favorite and go there next time.

White - slow roller coater
Light green - faster roller coaster
Blue - fast roller coaster
Orange - escalate
Pink - longer escalate
Green - escalate with 2 quick pulses
Purple - fast pulse
Blue - pulse
Fushia - 2 quick pulses and a slightly longer one
Darker fushia - a series of quick pulses followed by a longer one

There is a travel lock function that is enabled when you get your toy. Simply push - and then hold it along with + for 2 seconds to unlock. Lock off flashes in red while lock on flashes in green.

Would you believe this thing even tell you how much power it has left? No seriously. When the Seed is off you can hold down the O button for 2 seconds and it will show a color (these colors also apply to while it is charging to tell you how far along it is). Red is 0-10%, orange is 10-50%, yellow is 50-70%, light green is 70-95%, green is 95% and finally blue which you will see while charging, will tell you that the charge is complete and it is ready to go.

CARE AND STORAGE:

The manual lists this toy as being waterproof so long as the silicone tab over the charging port is in. I have not submerged it but I have washed it under running water with no problems at all. Warm water and soap or your favorite toy cleaner will work just right. You can sterilize the silicone portion of this toy with a 10% bleach solution. It advises against using alcohol based cleansers on the toy or abrasives.

According to the manual, this toy can be used while charging and takes 2 hours to charge and allows for 3 hours of play time. Do not leave it plugged in for over 24 hours to preserve the battery life.

The box it came in is gorgeous and sturdy. It has 2 levels and contains the toy, the charger, 2 manuals (one with the operating instructions and the other with warranty and basic specs), and a pouch that is big enough to store it all in.



HOW DID IT WORK?

Zini gets a big old hurrah from me with this one. This is one amazing little toy. The vibrations are perfect, it is quiet, and that tip that extends like a vibrating finger feels absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with this purchase I am going to start saving for more Zini products.
