Upon opening the Dr. Z Nipple Pleaser I found it was a little hard to figure out how to use alone. If you try this with someone to help you I am sure it would be much easier and much more fun. It's hard to get the suctions on one nipple and then the other nipple while holding the pump all at the same time. With the vibrators on, they would vibrate off before I could get them suctioned on.
