These were my first experience with ben wa balls. After doing a bit of research I read that often glass balls are better to start out with since they tend to be a bit lighter. I don't know the exact state of my muscles; I mean I had a baby 4 years ago but I've never heard any complaints or anything. I do my Kegels when I remember (i.e. when I'm bored at work). Glass balls it was then. I picked these because they are quite pretty and come in a case.
I slipped them in with relative ease and went about my business to see how they felt. I couldn't always really feel them (though I'm used to keeping things up there, I use a Diva Cup every month). Unfortunately I was not one of the lucky women who found that they "induce powerful orgasms in some women just by the friction created as they rub against one another" and I'm sort of confused how glass clanking around in a moist area really would create that much friction. However, that is not their purpose and I realized that going into this.
I did find that keeping them in did keep me more aware of things down there, not necessarily aroused at all times, but definitely not normal. It was an interesting feeling.
After a while I decided to trying masturbating with them still in. I used my rabbit vibrator at the same time, just putting it in while the balls just did their own thing. There was a pleasant feeling of increased fullness that I enjoyed. I could also feel the vibrations going through them when they were pressed against my vibrator which was a new and pleasurable feeling.
Getting them out after forcing them up further wasn't really tricky, but if you are a bit squicked by reaching up your vag then this won't work for you. Simply bearing down after forcing them up was not going to get these puppies out.
The balls are smooth Pyrex glass, which can easily be sterilized if you want to share them or just for your own cleanliness purposes, which hopefully you are doing. Mine washed nicely. They are smooth so they are pretty easy to wash after you're finished, then you can place them back in their case.

I don't get them out quite as often as I'd like to but I definitely still enjoy them! They helped contribute to one hell of an orgasm and since purchasing them I do believe my orgasms in general have gotten a bit stronger even when I do not have them in.

Different Designs-Ben Wa Glass Balls

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Ben Wa glass balls come with different flowers inside of them? Is it just one of those "You get what you get, theres all different ones" kind of thing? Or are they all the same with the yellow flower inside of them? Just wondered, because if they come with different ones, Im almost tempted to buy a few sets and try to collect them all! LMAO! They look so beautiful :)

I'm not 100% sure but I assume that it's just the one design.
If you take a link at this link: link, you'll see that the Crystal Balls (which I have) have two separate designs inside of them so they are both listed.
I'd think that if they had different designs, EF would list them to give the buyer then option of which one they'd prefer. Then again, I'm not totally sure since I do not own these so don't quote me lol :P -

Now I'm thinking the smaller balls would be harder to keep inside..therefore working the muscles more than the larger ben wa balls would....but a few reviews said these are good for beginners....why? My muscles are weak probably, wouldn't i need to work myway to the smaller ones?

I've had my eye on the kegelcisor for a lil' while. It seems to be useful for beginner's onward.

What you are saying makes sense and is how I would think about it too. If they are smaller, they would require more muscle strength keeping them inside. I think the logic behind they are good for beginners is they are small, so they go in easily, so a beginner wouldn't have issues with the size, but they could if they can't keep them inside. I have never used Ben was Balls. I like the Duo balls. They are nice. I would look at these.

Assuming you are talking about vaginal sex, I think one really obvious con would be that they would get crammed high up into the vaginal canal and it might be difficult to get them back out.

Ben Wa Balls Falling Out

I have had the problem of either the ben wa balls going to far up the vaginal canal, or the balls falling out if I wear them during normal everyday activity. I have fairly strong pelvic floor muscles, but I think these particular balls are almost too light weight for wearing during normal functioning, though I have yet to progress to a heavier weight. Would this solve the problem?

I'd avoid glass balls and use metal. Although we have a ton of glass dildos and love them - having pieces of glass clanging together frequently seems like a recipe for micro-cracks eventually resulting in failure (breakage).

How often would you say that these balls COULD get lost inside of you? I'm really nervous that I'll have to go to the E.R. or something if I cannot find them inside of me. It creeps me out that they're in there, unattached to anything. Although I really am interested in using them for purposes of better sex.

Most times I find that with my vaginal balls I can push them out by using my muscles, it's basically the same muscles you use to make a BM. If you have had kids, it's the same muscles that you use to push a baby out. Bearing down like that should help push a ball to the point that you can grab it.
That being said, there are plenty of vaginal exercisers that have retrieval cords. Smartballs, Luna Beads, Emigi, etc. Maybe check out one of those if it'd make you feel more comfortable. -
I have these, and I admit the first time I used these I was afraid they were not going to come back out. I used the same technique that Alicia recommended and it was fine. I have yet to try an exerciser with a retrieval cord but I will in the future to make things easier.

They're about an inch in diameter, which from what I can tell seems to be a bit smaller than average.
