The Javida Gym Ball Single is a girl's best work out buddy ever. Javida is made from hard plastic and semi-hard silicone. The silicone has only a very slight give to it, making it surprisingly sturdy. The retrieval string is a softer plastic, but is not stretchy at all. The ball has two notches which can collect fluids. It also has an uneven seam.

The ball itself is egg shaped with a tapered end. Six purple swirls are placed into the silicone, creating seams. A gyrating weight rests inside the toy and is able to move freely within the egg.

The toy is a little over four inches long, with about two inches of insertable length. The diameter is one and a half inches. The retrieval string is around two and a half inches in length. The string is looped, and is just wide enough to fit over the hand and onto the wrist.

Once inserted, the Javida is held in place by the pelvic bone. From there, kegel exercises tighten the vaginal muscles around the bulb. At times it can feel as if the bulb is slipping out and your vaginal muscles will reflex to keep it in, giving you an extra workout. Because the ball is single, it is a little more work to get your muscles to tighten around it, so in the end it's a better workout.

Although the toy is silicone, it cannot be boiled because of the plastic. Simply clean with antibacterial soap and water before and after each use, paying special attention to the seams. Use only water based lube with the toy. If you intend to share, cover the bulb with a condom. Store away from other toys, as the silicone might react and melt itself or other toys.

To use, lube the bulb up and insert it as you would a tampon. Then relax a moment, get into a comfortable position, and begin to squeeze your vaginal muscles.
