She has two buttons (+ and -); pretty self-explanatory. When you hold both for 10-15 seconds, Mia will go into Lock mode. Meaning, you won't have to worry about her waking up at the wrong moment. To unlock, you hold the buttons until you see the light, but release before the light shuts off.

Now, how does she hold up in action?

The first level of vibration was useless, I couldn't feel it. The other levels, however, are incredible. Even one level up, it felt chimerical. Although Mia is fairly quiet, she does have a high pitched buzz and, if on the highest setting, she might be heard through a closed door. So, if you want to remain discreet, use the lower settings lest you be discovered.
