It's used to help stimulate you in three different places at once. If you have great control over your body, then this is not the thing for you.

This has a very thick rubber dome with ridges that spiral around the dome. The front part has a two-prong rubber part that prods and rubs on the clitoris to give wonderful pleasure!! On the rear part of the toy is a single piece that gently vibrates on the opening of your anus.

The shape is kind of bulky and awkward to handle. Once the bullet is inside the dome it is very hard to get back out. It is not small enough to fit in the palm of a woman, but would easily fit into a man's hand. It is not easy to hide but very easily able to pack into a hand bag for travel. In my personal opinion, this is not the best of toys, because of the shape and size.

The vibrations are located centrally in the middle of the dome, but do travel to each end. This is not a small toy. The remote holds two AA batteries. While the bullet alone is very strong, the sleeve muffles that effect some. The toy is pretty noisy. It is not to be used in the water.
