THE G BULLET
Overall this is a great little toy. I think it's awesome aesthetically, and it functions well if you are willing to explore a little with it. It seems the "It didn't initially impress me" sentiment is shared for a few people- so please give it a bit of time and experimentation. Try things that you don't think would work with normally shaped bullets, flip it around, angle it differently... It is bound to work for most people if you put the time in.Published: July 25, 2011

One caution, this toy uses batteries up quickly, so keep plenty handy.
The G-spot bullet is made of hard, velvety smooth plastic which is non-porous, phthalates & latex free, and hypo-allergenic…and purple! The control pack is made of hard shiny purple plastic, with neon green rubber-cote grips on the sides and front.
The bullet itself is modestly sized at 3 1/2″ long allowing for some nice shallow penetration. At just over 1″ in diameter It has a pointed curved end that you would assume is for G-spot stimulation but it doesn’t hit my g-spot. However, the pointed end really excels at pinpoint clitoral stimulation. The velvety textured surface feels lovely against the skin. Add a little bit of lube, and it glides nicely over your girly bits (or man bits).
The neon-green cord is a generous almost 3 feet long – It is jacked and plugs easily into the control pack. I like this feature as it ensures that no unnecessary strain will be put on the cord causing it to short out. It also makes it very easy to clean just the bullet without worrying about getting water near the battery pack. The control pack itself is awesome! It is very nice looking. The color combination is wicked – which is what drew me to the toy in the first place.
Oh, and the functions! – Let me tell you with the 5 different speeds and the 7 different crazy patterns of rollercoaster, vibrating, surging, escalating, and pulsating – this thing has enough functions to keep you busy for days! Please don’t get to me describe them, as I can’t. But I can tell you that there are some pretty interesting patterns in the mix. Oh, are there ever!
On the control pack there isn’t just one “ON” light like most vibrators. This thing has a whole light show of its own. There is a simple ON/OFF button which turns it on to a steady buzz and sets the lights. The plus and minus buttons on the left side control the speed. Each press of the plus button increases vibrational intensity and starts a new set of lights. The plus and minus button on the right side changes your vibrational mode. Each press not only changes the pattern of vibration, but the arch of red lights changes with every button you push, matching the settings of your vibrator. The crazy modes have just as equally crazy light patterns – It’s like a disco in your bedroom! Plus, the green lights down the center of the light panel light up with each press of the button. It’s pretty crazy!
Plastic is super easy to care for. This bullet makes it even easier to clean as the bullet unplugs from the battery pack, making washing it worry free. Simply wash the bullet with hot water and an antibacterial soap or your favorite toy cleaner. For some extra cleansing you can wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol or a bleach solution as well. You should avoid getting water near the battery pack as it’s not waterproof so wiping it down with a toy cleaner will do just fine.
Storage is just as easy. It’s very toy box friendly so you don’t have to worry about it reacting with other materials. Though, I store mine inside a drawstring bag to avoid tangling of the cords. This will also reduce any unnecessary strain on the cords allowing them to last longer and not short out.
Do I recommend this toy? Absolutely! This thing rocks!

Experience
I have to say, when I got this toy.. I was almost wholly unimpressed. It didn't seem much different at all than the other bullets I already had- it just had more fancy settings, where as my go to bullet has only three speeds and that is it.
My first use of this toy was annoying, and I ended up just going to my standard bullet to get off. However, I couldn't stop looking at the Xtreme pack and just feeling like I hadn't given it enough time to impress me.
Eventually, and I mean months after getting it, I picked it up again. This time, I decided I would definitely figure out a way to get off with this toy- it was strong enough, perhaps not moreso than my normal bullet, but I was convinced it would be possible. With repeated repositioning, I finally got it. I had been trying to use the bullet with the cord coming away from me, however if I flipped it around, I could nestle the tip perfectly against my clit.
This was my breakthrough, and then it became just as useful as my normal bullet- a bit moreso, in fact, due to the texture and the pinpointed vibrations. The orgasm this toy gave me was outstanding- The vibrations are the deep, thrumming sort I adore, and with my typical usage of bullets (riding/grinding them) I got off in no time. Cleaning it really is easy... and only takes a couple sprays of toy cleaner. I don't believe this toy is waterproof, but since the bullet can be unplugged from the controller, you could probably quickly rinse just the bullet if you needed to. I personally wouldn't do this, but I can see how it'd be easier for some people to just rinse it and set it aside to dry. Don't submerge it though, and try to avoid getting water on the part of the bullet where the wire enters the bullet.
My issues with the toy quickly dissipated once I figured out how to use it. It's even a lot quieter than my normal bullet vibe, making it easier to use discreetly- as long as I cover up the controller. The lights are also an entertaining feature... they seem to annoy some people, but I think they're a fun addition.
Now, would I use this for g spot stim as the name implies? I actually wouldn't. It's too short for this, for me, and the g spot tip is too small to actually provide adequate pressure for me. Depending on anatomy, it could be a nice bullet to wear for g spot stimulation, as it is quieter on lower settings, but I think it excels as a clitoral bullet so much so that it doesn't really need to do anything else.

Depends. This one you can, although I wouldn't insert it very far to make sure you don't end up with anything getting caught where the cord comes out of the bullet.

This is my first multi function bullet. My other one is just a straight up vibe. This one has a smoother material, and I like the different vibration settings. It's a good value for the price.

For that you want something with a flared bottom, like a buttplug has. Otherwise there is a risk that it could go too far in, and you wouldn't be able to get it out. As a clitoral vibe, it's excellent. And that is what I use it for. It can also provide a nice counterpoint, when inserted, to another clitoral vibe.
It's got a really long cord, and this would be good for a partner who wanted to control a vibe stuck in some snug panties or otherwise held up to their partner. It's also pretty quiet, and so is less likely to make you burst out laughing at the noise or otherwise spoil the mood with angry hornet sounds.

Question about Xtreme Pack Bullet

For those of you that have owned this, how long has it last for you? Even with a fair amount of love n' care my bullets don't last more than a few months and I've come to accept this as a reality of bullet vibrators :(
BUT, seeing as everyone says this is the best darn bullet in the world, I was wondering if maybe it was an exception to this rule? -
My first one lasted a year and a half.
But I've heard of others having much worse luck. -
I guess it's nice to know it at least has the capacity to last that long...there wasn't anything super special you did to extend its life, was there? I usually just try to keep them pretty dry (even when they say waterproof), take the batteries out between uses, and I have started reinforcing the wires at their connections with electrical tape. The tape has actually helped them from coming loose, which is good.
Anyone else have any suggestions?
