The Harmonious HarmoniaThe Harmonia is a part of the Close2You's musical series. It has a simple, sleek design, but it is extremely effective when put into use. It is a versatile vibrator that may take a bit of warming up to, but is well worth it to come back to and try again. If it doesn't work well with you at first, give it a few more tries, it's sure to please!
Now my partner seems to enjoy the Harmonia just as much as I do, it just took her a bit longer to get used to the sensation. Now she loves it when I use it on her and it's one of our goto toys in our growing collection. We had been worried that we spent money on a toy we might not get use out of while together, as I enjoy using it for solo time, but now it's a toy we both enjoy and my partner and I feel like it is well worth the money. It is a great investment. I'm unsure if this is considered an 'elite' or 'prestige' toy, but it certainly is in our collection.
Because it's a silicone product you don't want to use a silicone based lube with it. I highly advise that you use a water based lube with it.
The Harmonia is very smooth and is quite flexible, but there is a slight seam in it. You can't feel the seam when it's inside of you, but it's noticeable to the naked eye.
There is also the Close2You's logo on the toy which is located at the base of the toy and does bulge out a little, but just like the seam, once the toy is inside of you, you cannot feel it at all.
With it being made of silicone, it does collect some dust and lint if not stored properly and should be cleaned off before every use as well as after. We store it in the sleeve that it came in and find it suitable, but storing it in the box would probably keep it even safer from the attack of dust and lint.
The shape of this, the design, is really eye appealing. It has a nearly realistic sense to it, but in a whimsical and artistic way. For those who don't like a lot of realistic details on their toys, but enjoy the g-spot stimulation and or bulged head of a more realistic toy, the Harmonia could be a match for you. I love how the toy goes from large around the bulb at the tip, and thins out, then flares out again.
I believe it thins out after the bulb to allow more movement and more ease of movement, I can't imagine that a thick amount of silicone bends very easily, but with it being thin there it allows more ease of movement and it does move and bend inside of you to accommodate anyone. The toy still feels very durable despite the thin area on it. It's a sturdy toy and the vibrations travel well through it. The vibrations could stand to be a bit more pronounced and they don't travel to the tip well enough for real clitoral stimulation, but they aren't barely there either.
I think the size it just perfect, it's large around the base for when you really get in deep. My partner loves it when I go deep into her, nearly to the seam where the plastic cap meets the silicone, to thin after the bulb for people who don't need all of that girth or want it. This toy can be enjoyed by all certainly. Size queens may not find it as filling, but for the average person I think they'll enjoy the various widths this toy offers.
This toy is discreet-ish though it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know it's a sex toy and should they mess with it, a vibrator at that. I believe it's easy enough to hide, though we don't have anyone snooping though our things so we kind of just leave them sort of hidden, mostly out of sight of others.
At the base of the toy, the power button is located on top and the mode button is located just below it. These buttons are easy to find and to handle while in use. The mode button does make a small click noise when pressed so you know that it changed to another setting.
This toy is pretty quiet and even on the highest setting it's only loud enough to hear through your covers, not your door or walls.
As for the maintenance of this toy you could store it in the box it arrives in, or you could store it in the velvet purple sleeve that came with it.
Like I stated before, you should use a water based lube for this toy and should wash it before and after each use due to lint and dust collecting. Close2You does include a sample of their own water based lube called Glissando with it.
My partner and I both liked the lube and hope it becomes available here on Eden since it didn't leave you feeling sticky and nasty after sex. It also didn't leave a burning sensation which was an issue we had with another water based lube that we used.
Close2You did a great job designing their box and even included a few things for you to put in the shallow drawer.
It includes two AAA batteries to start you out with, a very nice sample of their water based lube, a great instructional booklet that includes ten different languages, a stretchy silicone cock ring, a single toy cleaner wipe, and a velvet storage bag.
All these extras are great bonuses that Close2You offers. When we ordered it, we hadn't looked at the details so all of these goodies were a very pleasant surprise to have!
After using it some more and getting the hang of how to position it, it became much more delightful. At first, it might seem a little odd, but give it time and warm up to it and once you get the feel of it, then it really sends you into bliss.
We haven't had anything bad about it as of yet and would advise for others to try it out.
