I once read a review of vaginal balls that suggested using a vibrator against them so I decided to give this a try. The vibrations definitely made the K-balls vibrate faster/harder although I couldn't necessarily discern the difference between vibrator and balls. In my hand, I could really feel the effect of vibrator on the K-balls; although, this was less pronounced when inserted. I enjoyed a unique orgasm with the K-balls inserted and vibrations on my clit. They're definitely the easiest toy I own to cum "around".

Shortly after trying out the K-balls I was able to try the SmartBalls as well, and I can say I prefer these. The specific size and shape of these vaginal balls by Ophoria just work better with my shape or size, and the SmartBalls never stimulated my G-spot the way I like. Plus, these are not quite as pointy where the string meets the balls. I don't use them on a frequent basis, but if there's ever a time I feel the need to do a little clenching, these will be the pair I reach for.

I don't know about the size of K-balls and such, but I find it very enjoyable to stuff a vibrating egg inside myself along with my smartballs - it definitely makes them jiggle. Give that a shot

Red, I just used an insertable vibe up against the balls. I don't think there's enough room to comfortably have an egg up there, too. My pubic bone seems to protrude.. a lot. LOL
