They're like bling for inside your box!

These really do what they're supposed to: work your pc muscles! For me, it was mainly on the pushing-them-out though. While they're inside they didn't do much but look pretty.

Use

These glass vaginal balls are intended to help strengthen your PC muscles. They are smooth glass, so they insert quite nicely and smoothly. I didn't not need lube, just my normal natural lubrication was enough. I don't see you needing lube unless you're naturally dry; then you definitely want some so that you can get these babies out!

These are *NOT* safe for anal use.

These are great for anyone who wants more advanced vaginal balls to strengthen their PC muscles. However, since there's no retrieval string the only way to remove them is using your PC muscles; so it's best to already have experience using vaginal balls or you'll (or your partner will be) scooping these out with your (or their) fingers.

Material / Texture

These are made of pyrex. They're totally non porous and completely smooth. They actually feel very nice!

They are surprisingly light for being solid glass. They are also very pretty, with detail inside the glass as well; a heart or butterfly. Since they're so pretty, when I wear these I'm quite "aware" that I have something so beautiful inside my vagina. My first thought was "It's like bling in my box!"

These do not have the extra moving ball or "shaker" like many other vaginal balls do. As such when you're moving you really don't feel these except for the most barest of movements. It's more of an unconscious awareness than a physical "There's something shaking in my vagina" feeling.

Design / Shape / Size

They're a lot smaller than expected, as well as lighter than expected. This makes them a little more difficult to feel inside the vagina. Also, since they're a bit harder to feel inside, that makes it more difficult to feel where they are to push them out. It's harder to detect where to focus the pushing.

Performance

For me the best part of these is the challenge of getting them back out; it feels like quite an accomplishment! I imagine it'd be similar for others as well.

I think these would be great for those who want to use vaginal balls but have a hard time with the larger sizes of some of the others.

Care and Maintenance

Since they're glass you can boil these, or even put them in the dishwasher. Also, they're non porous so they will be sterilized. A 10% bleach solution will also work.

Packaging

They come in a cute heart shaped tin that works great for long-term storage. I'd make sure they are totally dry before putting them back in the tin though; the satin lining could absorb any residual dampness.

Personal comments

I'd start with just one ball. When you push that second ball in it gets the first one pretty high up inside you; this can create difficulty with getting it out if you're not used to them.

What I recommend is putting a towel or liberator throe under you, squat down and make like you're trying to get a tampon out of you that the string broke off of or something. "Bearing down" is a phrase that works well.

I can feel that my PC muscles were "used" quite well even a couple hours later.

Experience

The first time I used these I ended up having to push so hard to get the second ball out I ended up urinating. Whoops.

  • exercise balls: what a silly question
    • Not to sound ignorant.. But are they just an aid to kegel exercises? Or do they do something else?
    • Those that you posted are usually only to aid in exercise, but some of the plastic ones have weights within the balls that shift around, causing arousal AND aiding with kegel exercises! I can't vouch for them myself, but they do sound fun!

  • Want more pleasure from crystal/exercise balls
