This Duckie Will Not Rub You Right!

useful review
The duckie is a grade A failure as a sex toy. I would not recommend it to anyone, just buy a real waterproof vibe for shower fun.
Pros:
cute kitsch design
Cons:
everything else!
The vibrating duckie... such a good fun idea. Everyone loves a little extra fun in the tub but doesn't want to leave an obvious vibe hanging out in the bathroom. Solution: turn the typical bathroom decor item, the rubber duckie into a sex toy.
Sounds like a great idea, right?
I thought so, and than I tried it out. I wanted this toy forever and was pretty excited when I finally got it.
I jumped right in the shower with my dirty thoughts and a throbbing pussy excited to get off with my rubber duckie. I got myself worked up with my fingers and than turned the duckie on and put on my clit. And then...
Nothing. There was only one level of vibration and it was awful! Also the shape of the duck is uncomfortable and really not made in a shape that makes sense as a vibrator. I kept trying and trying to get off with it but to no avail. Eventually I just turned it off and used my own fingers to masturbate.
The duckie has stayed in my shower ever since then. I've encouraged guests to try it out and no one has truly enjoyed their experience with the toy. I realized maybe it was better to just leave a real vibrator that I know I always enjoy in the bathroom than a poorly designed duckie vibrator.
The I Rub My Duckie is awful. A true novelty item - cute and kitsch but it's not gonna get your orgasms anywhere.
There is only one setting, on and off. There are no variants in vibration just one middle of the vibe that really didn't knock my socks off. It's not too loud and any noise it makes is drowned out by the noise of your shower.
The duck is made out of plastic [not rubber like the classic] and is very hard. The bottom of the duck where the controls are is very rough and raised - not at all smooth. It takes one triple A battery and the battery case can not be simply opened like most toys, you need a coin and than you slide the top of the battery case on and off. There are no weird smells to the duckie.
The shape of the toy stays very true to the classic rubber duckie form but unfortunately this is not at all great for getting off. It's awkward, clumsy and too big.
And to add to my disappointment in this toy - it does not float!

How do you use the "I rub my duckie?"
-
ladiibug33I mean I understand that you can play with your clit but it doesn't look like you can insert it... does anyone know from experience? -
Adriana RavenlustIt's mostly an external toy. The tail or beak might offer some awkward insertion but.. I wouldn't do that -
RedYou can insert the head....but then you're putting a ducks head inside of yourself. Your mileage may vary, but that just makes me feel weird :)

This is great review. I personally also hate these cute sex toys and they have never worked for me ether. A simple vibe for $20 can do so much more for you. As for the duckie, I had a kinky version - bondage duckie a year ago. A friend of mine whom I dated then gave me on occasion. Fuck, we split then because of this miserable toy. Hahaha, can you believe it?
I like that you asked your guests to try it.
A rubber ducky that doesn't float?!?! And isn't rubber?!?! Seriously! Haha. Great review! I look forward to more from you!
Mine floats a little.. I'm curious why yours doesn't!
