The pal is quite powerful. It is a bullet style vibrator, using watch type batteries and is intended to be used under clothing in public places. However, it isn't likely that you will try. It has a magnetic backing so it can attach to your underwear. The toy packs a lot of power in such a small bullet. Because it only has a single on and off switch (and thus a single speed), it is difficult to take out in public and maintain control. We personally find that some of the wireless remote control toys serve this purpose better.

From His Prospective:
I bought this toy for my fiance as as it was cheap and looked like it could be fun. It met my expectations given its relatively low price. While I expected we would never use it in public because of its lack of a remote control, it is certainly fun to play around the house. When turned on, a passionate kiss becomes even more exciting as the vibration easily transfers to your nether regions as well if you and your partner are of similar heights.

From Her Prospective:
Given its power, the toy itself is loud for its size, however if you are at home it is quite enjoyable. I would use it more for foreplay enhancement. When combined with some clitoral enhancement gel of your choice it may be enough for some women. It can be fun to use as a couple or by yourself to get warmed up for the evening ahead. It isn't as fun as some of the other remote control panty/vibrator options, but given its price, it provides a powerful vibe in a very small bullet that is easy to hide under the right clothing. I have enjoyed it as one of the toys in our collection, but it certainly isn't my favorite.

The pal does sit nicely against your clitoris and gives all the good vibrations in all the right places. It takes watch batteries and the battery life isn't preferable for long drawn out sessions, but by the time is is starting to wear out, you are likely ready for something a bit more serious.
