This stuff is supposed to do what?

This product is totally safe to consume, however, any aphrodisiac effects are all in the mind. I don't really recommend it because it is just a placebo.

Use

Spanish Fly Drops from Doc Johnson is an aphrodisiac additive that is supposed to enhance arousal. It comes in a variety of flavors: cherry, coffee, coala, and cherry/strawberry. It doesn’t taste great straight out of the bottle, but you can add it to some food and beverages.

Ingredients: Water (Aqua). Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Glycerin, Flavor (Aroma), Quatemium-15, Caramel.

Basically, this is non-toxic and safe for consumption.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Most of this product is made of water, so the consistency is very watery. This makes the liquid easy to add to anything. It does get sticky when it dries, so you’ll want to clean up spills right away if they happen.

Taste / Aroma

I chose the Stimulating Coffee flavor which just tastes like sugared water, and smells like it also. It’s extremely sweet, and works well as a substitute for sugar in your coffee. You'll need to add it to something because straight out of the bottle, it tastes like sugar.

Performance

I purchased this stuff knowing it probably wasn’t going to work, but I was curious about the flavor. It didn’t take me long to finish the one ounce bottle. I added it to skim milk, chocolate milk, hot chocolate, coffee, cereal, and a glass of water. I don’t drink tea unless I’m sick, but this would certainly sweeten it up a bit also.

There is no directions on how much to add, so that is all totally up to you. I used a table spoon each time I used it, so that gave me six uses. The flavor is hardly noticeable, and only adds a bit of sweetness.

It’s a fun additive, but there was no boost in my sexual energy. I didn’t notice any affects from it at all, leading me to believe that any sort of aphrodisiac qualities are just from the mind. Judging from the ingredients, this is basically just a sweetener.

Packaging

The little bottle comes in a box describing the product with a list of ingredients. It also warns that it’s sold as a novelty only, and that it is not a drug and has no pharmaceutical effects. This wouldn’t be a good gift unless you want to creep someone out.

Yeah, I don't put much stock in aphrodisiacs myself, so I'm not surprised it didn't work for you. Thanks for the review.

  • Best Pheromone spray?
    • which do you like best?
    • I've only tried the coffee one. It's very sweet, and not like coffee at all.
    • I've never used those but there was one called 'Lure' I have used before. One for men and one for women, and I always had people complimenting me on the scents.
