This product is a great way to tighten those PC muscles. All you have to is wear this product for about 15 minutes a day. You can wear it more than that if you would like. You will be the only one who knows you are wearing this product. It is so discreet, no one will ever suspect a thing.

If you can wear tampons, then you can wear this product. You can hardly even feel that you have it in. It feels like you are wearing a tampon. It's lightweight and it's a latex free product. If you don't like latex, then this product is a good deal for you. This is a great product to tone your vaginal muscles.

This product has a 100% silicone exterior. It is also nonporous, very smooth, body safe and easy to clean.

This product feels really good once you have it in. I could not tell I was even wearing it. The weight of the balls helps tighten your muscles. You just hold them in for about 15 minutes a day. You can do it longer, but I do it for the 15 minutes and it works great. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to get those tight muscles back. This product works great.

My husband likes that I use this product. It also added some spice to our sex life. My muscles are tighter. Since I've been using this product, my husband loves it. Since I'm tighter, he loves it. It's a man's dream to always have that first feeling effect. Now with this product, you can go back to that, or close to that feeling again. It's so easy to use.

    What about the moving weights on the inside of these balls? Could you feel them moving around? Did you wear this while doing any activities, or were you not moving when they were in?
