The Leisure lover is an insertable traditional vibrator that offers a very different interesting shape. This vibrator is good for multiple uses such as clitoris and nipple play as well as anal. During anal play it does have a bigger bulged area that may not be for everyone but because of size it shouldn’t move once inserted and can be easily removed with the string that is attached to the end of it.

The size is average to small, for most people, so I wouldn’t think it would interfere for couples play, and works perfect for solo play. This can be an interesting toy to any toy box; however, I feel more advanced users would become bored with it rather quickly. If you are wanting a first time vibrator to experiment into the toy world this is perfect. With moderate to low vibrations this toy maybe hard to reach an orgasm however it is very fun to play with.

The Leisure lover is made of Phthalate Free PVC and the end cap is plastic. The box it came it says it is scent free, but it does smell like plastic. But it is in no way over powering, and you cannot smell it outside of the packaging itself. The material is very soft and squishy; however, has some drag if your run your hand down the side. Usually lube will fix the dragging texture; if your own natural lube is not enough. Looking at the bulbs, that start out small and gradually grow in size in 5 stages, would make the toy seem rough; however, it’s very smooth all over. This toy was rated a material safety of 8 out of 10, it is hypoallergenic and latex free, as well as, phthalates free. This toy can pick up little pieces of lint, so you want to make sure you clean it before using it.

The 5 bulged bulbs add a lot of texture to the toy seeing as how they grow in size down the toys shaft. There is no seam on the toy its self and it is sealed together at the base, so it will not lift and come off of the plastic insert. I have that problem with most toys that are able to come off to clean them; however, I find those toys seem to stretch the more you take them off to clean them and the ones that are sealed to their base last longer. The string that is attached to a little loop at the base is ideal for holding onto the toy in water or if you just want to make sure it stays put. This would be appropriate for either beginners or advanced users considering it’s a pretty simple vibrator, since the length and material are very simple.

The design of the Leisure lover is very different than anything I have tried or seen before. It almost reminds me of anal beads that are fused together into a toy with a vibrator in it. The toy is 7 1/2" in length and has and insertable length of 6". The length is average, but the toy seems smaller because of the different size bulbs that range in size. There are five bulbs and a motor that extends through the two biggest bulbs. Since the vibrator does not reach the last three bulbs that part of the toy is very flexible. The smallest bulb is 2 3/4" in circumference and the largest sits at 5 3/8" in circumference. There is a plastic cap that can be unscrewed and the AA batteries can be inserted. To make sure the toy remains waterproof, the cap needs to be closed tightly, so that water does not get past the rubber O-ring.

The toy has a small black loop that has a little plastic heart on the end of it. That is attached at the end of the toy and is not removable. It provides you with assurance to keep the toy in place or to make sure the toy doesn’t get away from you in the bath or shower. Because of the toys size, I would think, it would be perfect for hiding from roommates or easy to take in a suitcase for travel.

The leisure lover only takes one AA battery. The vibrations are throughout the toy; however, the strongest are in the bottom two bulbs, which are also the biggest bulbs. The vibrations are somewhat buzzy, but not loud at all. Since this toy is only powered off of one AA battery, the vibrations can be hard for certain women, who need very hard pulsating vibrations, to achieve orgasm with this toy. Ultimately, it is ideal for beginners or users who do not require a strong amount of vibrations.

There are no pattern vibrations with this toy just one steady vibration. There is a dial located on the top of the battery cap that you rotate slowly to give the desired vibration strength; however, to me, there is not really a big significant difference in speed. While using the toy vaginally, you are able to feel each bulb as it is inserted, except the vibrating sensations are more noticeable once you reach the two larder bulbs, which hold the motor.

I have submerged the toy in water and it held up perfectly, I’ve also used it in the shower, which was useful to have the string to be able to keep control of the toy while wet.

The Leisure lover is a very easy toy to care and maintain. Since the toy is made mainly out of PVC and plastic it does not require much maintenance. I usually wash the toy with soap and water or toy wipes, if I have them. PVC is a light water resistant material, which has a long life cycle. Toys made out of PVC are soft and pliable and should be used with either silicone or water based lubes.

I still store the toy in its box, just because, it is a square box that fits in the drawer with all the other boxes and is able to keep any lint off of the toy. You can keep it in an individual bag or in the toy box along with all the other toys. If kept out in the open I would suggest cleaning before use because it can collect lint and other fuzziest all over it.

The packaging is clear plastic with information and every side. The front has texture information stating it has a frozen texture that comes with a caring string as well as being Phthalate-Free. It also states that the toy is waterproof and has a multi speed massager control. It shows what the heart pendant looks like and states that the toy is 6".

The back has instructions on how to insert the battery and a diagram on how to use the carrying string. The instructions for the battery states "1. Be sure to insert the battery in correct polarity and follows the manufactures product and battery instructions. 2. Always remove weak or dead battery from the product."

It also comes with some in-depth battery instructions on an individual piece of paper that comes in multiple languages.

The Leisure lover ended up being a very interesting fun toy to play with. I really like the different sized bulbs, that gives the toy much texture, that help in its lacking vibrations. I love that it is waterproof and has a string that is helpful in the bath. This is not one of my favorite toys only because I have more of an advanced experience with toy, especially tradition vibrations, and this was personally too weak for me. The size was also an issue because I use much larger toys, both in length and width. I would only recommend this toy to someone who has had little to no toy experience. For what it does and the power of the toy, the price is good; however, I would rather pay for something with a little more power behind it.

Overall, I enjoyed trying out this new and different toy; however, it is on the "like" not "love" list.
