It has a twist nob that controls the multiple power settings. It's not that loud even at the high settings. It also isn't that powerful a vibe. It is five and a half inches long and has about an inch and half diameter. It can be cleaned up with soap and water or with toy cleaner. Also as a reminder when sharing your toys, always use a condom to keep it safe and clean for everyone.

When I opened up the package for the Twisted Hearts Seduction vibe, there was this white stuff on the nob that controls the power. And the stuff wouldn't wash off. That was really a turn off for me.
