Use

Juliet is a unique, waterproof clitoral vibrator which encircles the clitoris in a loop of pleasure to prevent over-stimulation. The pointed tip has a stronger vibration and can be used for pin point stimulation. Sex toy novices will find this toy valuable for the average intensity and indirect clitoral stimulation.

Material / Texture

The Juliet vibe is made of plastic and has no odor or taste. After the hoop, there are a few ribs before tapering larger to a wave-like groove. The bottom bulge is where the batteries are stored and where the control dial is. This bulge provides a useful handle and the material has a great grip to it. Some toys are made of really smooth, slippery plastic, making them difficult to control and hold. This toy is easy to hold on to.

Design / Shape / Size

The Juliet vibe has a uniquely designed head which encircles the clit for those who enjoy indirect stimulation. It is a great size for full control; it won't slip away. Beginners who don't need a lot of clitoral simulation would enjoy this vibe. You still get the option for stronger, pin-point contact with the tip if desired. The head can also be used on its side. Using the side of the hoop adds more surface area to make contact with. Juliet is not very discreet. Anybody with any sense of what a vibrator is would call this one out, despite the unique head. It is about the size of a large marker, so it is very easy to hide.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibration intensity is average, however the fact that it is multi-speed gave it an advantage over other toys I have tried. The bulk of the vibrations are concentrated in the pointy tip. The hoop has the same amount of intensity, but it is more difficult to feel because its a hoop! The noise is pretty quiet. Under a blanket, nobody could hear this on full blast with their ear to the door, let alone in another room.

Plastic is a non-porous, synthetic material that can be used with oil, silicone, and water-based lubricants. It can be easily cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and water. Pay attention to the hoop, grooves, and ribs when cleaning to ensure hygiene.

The Juliet vibe came in a plastic package with some knowledgeable information on the back as well as an instruction manual. It would not be ideal for storage because it is a little bulky.

Experience

This toy is not enough to get me off alone. During our session, I kept going back to the vibe I'm trying to replace (because of its age and sanitation). This is nice to use to get started, using the low intensity and gradually increasing until you are ready for something more powerful. Nonetheless, I would not say it is a weak vibe. I just need more clit stimulation to have an orgasm during intercourse.
Follow-up commentary
The downer of this product is its lack of intensity and awkward shape. The idea of Juliet is fun and interesting, but the shape and feel lack in pleasure. It is hard, ridgid, and unsexy. I haven't touched this vibe since my review and I don't have much desire to.

      Some are merely splash-proof and not submersible. There is definitely a difference. But it varies from toy to toy - which is why it is always appreciated when a toy claims to be waterproof and the reviewer actually tests it then writes about their findings.

      I like to try out any "waterproof" toy int eh hot tub. I figure if it can survive that, it is really waterproof. I try to include this in my reviews. Had a few that died after the experience..
