Smart balls review by Fun Factory

The smart balls are really awesome. By having them in, I can feel them and remember to do my kegel exercises, which I usually forget to do. The smart balls inspire me to do my kegels at random times and at all times of the day because it feels really good to have something to hold onto while doing kegels. I wish that the balls were slightly larger so that it would be even more noticeable that they were in and would feel even better when I squeezed them.

A super awesome effect of using the balls and doing kegel exercises with them in is that your vaginal muscles become much stronger. I find that I can squeeze my partner much more tightly, which he likes a lot, and also that I have been having better orgasms, which I like a lot!

The smart balls have smaller weighted balls inside them so that while walking around, or moving in any way, the balls inside wiggle and shake so that you get a massage while moving. This is the best part of the smart balls; it feels great and also makes it fun to do everyday things. I liked wearing them during Pilates class because it made it more of an exercise to do kegels and ab-strengthening exercises at the same time. I would highly recommend wearing them to work out, and to do everyday activities, just to spice things up and make your day a little more interesting. The sound that the weighted balls make while knocking against the outer silicone membrane can be audible if you do hip shimmies, but I really doubt that anyone will think anything of the noise while you are out on the dance floor.

 The balls can be a difficult to insert if you don’t have any natural juices to use as lube, but the balls come with a little packet of lube that you can use a couple of times to put them in if you are dry. I found it difficult to pee with them in; even when I pushed them up into my vaginal tract as far as I could, they still pressed against my bladder, blocking some of my urine from getting expelled…this could just be me, but I’m sure that other people have this problem too. So if you can stick to private restrooms with their own sinks you would be set, so that you could take the balls out while you pee and then wash them before putting them back in. Another positive part about the smart balls is that they are very easy to clean. The silicone string, that is attached to the balls for easy removal, is connected to the balls in such a way that nothing can get between the balls and the string.
