Overall, I would strongly suggest purchasing one of the other pair of balls available here. These are just not satisfying and would most likely end up in the back of a drawer forgotten.
Very pretty and packaged well and they will also work well for someone new to vaginal exercise.
Their size keeps this from being a sexually satisfying toy and need to be larger.

These are beautiful, easy to clean and come with their own storage box.

This is a NO-FUSS system for exercising Kegel muscles; you don’t have to make time to get naked. Just pop it in before you get dressed. The string being made of silicone was a big deciding factor for me. A lot of Kegel exercisers seem to have nylon strings which I would consider to slightly defeat the purpose of having a non porous or sterilizable product. It was not distracting in the form of noise or radically unexpected pleasure.
Helps to isolate Kegel muscles, 100% silicone-even the string!
There are some ridges that require a little bit of extra attention with cleaning.

I think, if you are experienced with balls, and exercisers, this is a great fun, vibrant toy to add to your collection. If you are a beginner, I would suggest looking around at the other products offered. For me, insertion, and removal were difficult. And the sensation of the nubs were lost after they were already inside. So, though it makes for a fabulous toy, it was a little disappointing for me.

All in all, I think the Ophoria K-balls are a pretty great product when used properly. Just remember not to have them in for too long. Wearing them every day (or at least regularly) for about 15-20 minutes is all you need.

There aren't any instructions to explain how to use the K-balls properly.
