If the balls are being bought strictly for kegel purposes, they are worth it. If you are looking for a toy that will be more fun, I suggest looking for vibrating Ben Wa Balls instead.

These Glass Ben Wa Balls are a prettier version of traditional ben wa balls that also do not feature the moving balls inside. The size might not work for everyone and they can be a pain to get out sometimes. If you already have something you like for kegel exercises then I recommend skipping these, although they are not too expensive to try if you are curious.

I think that this product is definitely worth the money especially if you're looking to improve your vaginal muscle strength. I loved them because they gave me a stimulating change to normal kegel exercises as well as making routine things a lot more fun. Being made of Pyrex glass they're long lasting, so for the amount of money you're getting a product that can last you a very long time.

However if you are terrified of forever losing a ben wa ball "up there", you may want to look into an alternative with a retrieval cord such as the Smartballs or the Ami set.

These ben wa balls were my first experience with any ben wa balls, but they seemed to do what they are meant to do. They also aren't bad to have in during masturbation, increasing the sensations felt. I find them to be a good choice for a first ben wa ball user.

While these ben wa balls are super cute and made from quality glass, they are essentially flawed. Not only are they a bit too small to be used comfortably without a string, they are also too light to give your Kegels a real workout. In short, great design, poor execution.

Overall, I would strongly suggest purchasing one of the other pair of balls available here. These are just not satisfying and would most likely end up in the back of a drawer forgotten.
Very pretty and packaged well and they will also work well for someone new to vaginal exercise.
Their size keeps this from being a sexually satisfying toy and need to be larger.

I recommend the Glass Ben Wa Balls for their intended purpose: as a vaginal exerciser. As a sex toy they fall far short of being pleasurable or causing orgasm but they will make your muscles work and teach control of the vaginal muscles as you work to hold them in.
Very visually appealing, low cost investment.
They aren't easily felt when inserted, no bells and whistles.

The reason why I feel its worth it is because once you have children your body isn't the same as it was at first and they help you to tighten up the walls of your vagina and everybody needs help with that a some point in time. It was exciting for me I loved them.

Honestly, I'm not sure that if I had to decide to buy this product all over again that I would. I think I would save my money for a higher quality LELO product. If you decide to buy the cheapest LELO product (which still isn't cheap!), it's not going to be as good as their true specialties, the gorgeous and functional rechargeable and ergonomic vibrators they're known for. Yes, those cost more, but next time I will save my money for the best.

I cannot praise these enough. Despite the occasional pinch (2 pinches in a month of frequent use) these balls deliver. My orgasms are stronger and while wearing them I do have to say that there is a bit of an extra spring in my step. The Luna Pleasure Bead System may be a few extra dollars than other beads, but it's worth every penny. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat; although, I don't see that I'll need to do that too soon as it feels and appears to be of very high quality that should last a long time.

The ability to gradually increase the weight being used makes them more effective, the short length makes them easy to accommodate. These textured silicone balls are great for exercising your kegels, wearing during masturbation or inserting vaginally during anal sex. I really like this product, but I found the dual balls to be too long and a bit irritating for regular wear, although the girth is fine. So is the Pure Wand worth everything you've heard about it? Yes, yes and yes! I know I'm just adding to the already enthusiastic chorus of Njoy lovers, but this thing really is pretty great. The Pure Wand does everything it says it'll do, and probably more. It's a great G-spotter, it slides fantastically in the ass, and it's gorgeous piece of work, built to last. One is hard pressed to find a negative review of the Pure Wand amongst the countless positive ones posted thus far. However, in my girlfriend and I's situation, the Pure Wand did not stand up to the hype. It did an OK job of stimulating her G-Spot after we learned how to use it, but not after some painful trial and error. Luckily, when used with a vibrator it did give her some unique sensations that pulled it from being a total bust, but as a whole, the Pure Wand seems unworthy of the high cost.
Steel makes for easy care, curved for good G-spot stim, double ended for multiple sized heads.

These are a great set of balls for the express purpose of strengthening vaginal muscles. They are a great material (silicone), easy to work with, and work exactly as advertised. Stronger kegels will improve your sex life, so why not give them a whirl?

This is something anyone who is female bodied can use. Even if they are anti-sex toys, Ami is classy enough and does not in any way say "sex toy." I would feel comfortable showing this to my mom or giving it to an aunt or older cousin or friend if I knew they wanted or needed something like this.

I was not impressed with these as an introduction to Ben Wa balls. They are hard to keep in, and heavier than others of the same size. I can see the benefits for advanced users to get these, but for the average and beginner users, they are just not the proper weight.

I'm a vaginal ball lover. I wear mine regularly and love to try new ones. I was excited to add these to my collection because I thought they might be a nice bridge between Ami 2 and Ami 3. That was not the case. To me, these were not noticeable or challenging at all. My Kegels did not feel any more effective and I forgot these were in me entirely within a few short hours. These may be wonderful for beginners, but advanced users should look elsewhere.

This is my first SinFive product and because of this experience, I feel inclined to buy another product from them again. I always forget to do my kegels, but the Emigi is an excellent reminder. It's not so big that it causes pain, but big enough that I have a constant reminder inside of me. The SinFive Emigi is the best kegelciser I've tried thus far. It's not much larger than a tampon, and just as easy to insert/extract. It's antimicrobial and hypoallergenic. It's phthalates and latex free. There are ben wa balls inside to aid with stimulation, building muscle strength, and maintaining pc health. Fiji, as a multi-function toy, is a nice idea, but perhaps would work better if it were designed for a single purpose. It's a bit too flexible for good G-spot stimulation. It might be helpful for vaginal stretching if it happens to be the right size. It does feel nice to have it inside for kegel exercises though. It's unfortunate that a toy that aims to solve multiple problems didn't come with instructions.

This is a really great toy for vaginal penetration. It has two ends, making this accessible for beginners and advanced users, and it has all of the benefits of metal (doesn't need a lot of lube, can be sanitized, awesome for temperature play...) The only real downside to this one is its substantial weight, which can tire you out.

While I found this particular ball to be too light for my needs, I would go back to Fun Factory for my kegel toys without any hesitation. This toy is wonderfully designed, especially the notch that makes it easy to insert. If it had a bit more weight, it would be a perfect toy.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the comfort and added features of the Uno. The finger area for insertion was ingenious and the looped cord was a great idea. It made the removal easier than just a single cord. The texturing added a bit of pleasure to the exercises but needed a bit more care in cleaning. This is a great kegel exerciser for the beginner and was a nicely made product. Very high quality and comfortable.

I love my Teneo Uno for a daily reminder to do those kegels! It's a great option for those that don't like the double balled exercisers and want something a little lighter or shorter. I didn't really feel any movement from the Teneo Uno when wearing it. That was a good thing for me, but those that like to feel the rumble of their exercisers might not like these as much.

Perhaps this would the perfect toy for a woman who is smaller than I am, but I found the Teneo Uno too small to give the desired effect. This was my first ball and I was looking for something to remind me to do kegels. I felt it about as much as a tampon. I'm afraid this just isn't the one for me.

I finally found an exercise ball that is comfortable to wear. The single ball design does not irritate me like the original Smart Balls does. The Uno is a good choice to wear while doing Kegel exercise. I can feel my pelvic muscles contracting wonderfully while I did the "Elevator" exercise with the ball in me.

A lot of Kegel exercisers seem to have nylon strings which I would consider to slightly defeat the purpose of having a non porous or sterilizable product. It was not distracting in the form of noise or radically unexpected pleasure.
Helps to isolate Kegel muscles, 100% silicone-even the string!
There are some ridges that require a little bit of extra attention with cleaning.

I'm very sad to give this exerciser only three stars. The design is beautiful. The item is a pleasure to insert, comfortable to wear, and easy to care for. Unfortunately, this does not provide any noticeable stimulation and is only minimally perceptible when inside of the user. Overall, I was disappointed in the Teneo Uno's performance, though I will continue to use it to remind me to do my exercises.
Superbly designed, enjoyable to use, waterproof, silent, discreet, can be fully sterilized.
Minimal stimulation/sensation, careful storage, limited color choices.

I was rather excited to try this out. I was a bit leery of some other smart balls, or ben-wa balls, but this product made the beginner user a lot more at ease with insertion and retrieval. The Teneo Uno is a lot less scary for first time users and, with the soft silicone design, it gives you ease with use and cleaning. The sensation is great, it would be nice if it was a little stronger but was great none the less.

The Teneo Uno helps make doing kegels a bit more fun. While it's not as stimulating as I had hoped, I will definitely use this to help strengthen my pussy muscles.

The Teneo Uno is an excellent alternative to Fun Factory's Smartballs, especially for those who are new to vaginal balls or would like something smaller. This is a really good toy, but you'd need to have some type of help for the desired effect. It's a good Kegel exerciser, at times reminding you to use the muscles to keep them in.

Purchased out of curiosity, these helped me make some decisions about future choices, and so they were well worth the modest price. They performed their function adequately despite minor flaws. I really wish I could give half stars, because they deserve three and a half, in my humble opinion.

I really wanted to try a barbell style kegel exerciser and I have to say I was impressed. This is a very small and easy to insert bar but it packs a lot of heft. The instructions are easy to follow and explain why you'd want to use a vaginal muscle trainer. I think this type of exerciser is better than the vaginal balls for those who really want to put in the effort and get good results. Even with just casual use you will eventually see results.

Energie is a simple vaginal muscle trainer that is both easy to use and effective. This exerciser actually results is slightly sore PC muscles and seems to be giving noticeable results already after a little more than a week of use. The classy Energie is a beautiful and effective vaginal exerciser. Using it only 5-10 minutes a day for 1-2 weeks will produce results improving sexual enhancement and bladder control.
