The ben wa balls by Icicles are glass balls used to help tighten your kegel muscles. They are used by inserting in to the vaginal canal, allowing for the muscles around to work and contract to tighten themselves. An advantage of these over a kegel toy is that you can insert and go about chores in the house such as laundry and still give your interior the workout it needs.

If you are new to vaginal balls, you want not want to start with these as your first since there is no string for easy retrieval. However, they will not get "lost" up there. If you are new to them and they go back too far for you to reach, you may cause yourself to panic over nothing if it is your first time using them. More advanced users will probably find these too light.

I in no way suggest these for anal use. They are vaginal use only. I repeat, do not use these anally.

If you use toys while having these inserted, be careful with which toy you choose. You do not want to use any hard material at the risk of cracking the glass balls.

Being glass, they can be cooled or warmed to your pleasure.

They do come in a nice little black pouch for easy storage.

These balls are made out of Borosilicate glass which ranks a 10 out of 10 on the safety scale.

"Components
A glass is an inorganic non metallic material that does not have a crystalline structure. Such materials are said to be amorphous and are virtually solid liquids cooled at such a rate that crystals have not been able to form. Pyrex, a brand name for borosilicate glass, is made by adding boron into the mixture of sand, soda and ground lime.

Properties
Pyrex is a hard material with a high chemical resistance and mechanical strength. The boron in Pyrex reduces any stress caused to the material due to temperature changes. It is less dense than ordinary glass, making it much more resistant to shattering and breaking as well, if it were to break it would not shatter or splinter into tiny pieces but instead it would snap or break in large pieces. It retains temperature extremely well and requires only a little lube for a super-slippery effect."

They have no odor or smell to them and are 100% non porous and hypo-allergenic. The glass is very smooth and hard to the touch.

These particular ones weight about 1.1 oz.

The balls are 1 inch wide perfectly round balls and are completely clear. They come as a set of two. They could go for being larger or heavier, but still help get the job done when there's not a lot of tightening needing done. There's nothing realistic about vaginal balls.

Beginners will probably be happy with their size as long as they get past the intimidation of them not having a string for retrieval. More advanced users will want them to be bigger or at least weigh more. At only 1.1 oz, these feel quite light.

They do come with a small drawstring pouch for storage that have two slots for protection. The pouch is about 3.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. Down the middle is sewn a wall so the two balls to not cling together. This is great to use for storage, especially when traveling.

For their size, these preform quite well. I can still feel them inside when I am using them, and still have room to use a toy for extra stimulation.

My first time using them, they did get pushed up just out of my reach. However, I did not panic because I knew they couldn't go anywhere. I simply kept calm and worked my kegels to help push them out. Without much delay, they were in my hand once more.

These are great because of the safety of the material and the different things you can do with glass. With all glass toys, you can cool or warm to your preference for additional play. The only downfall is they are kind of light and they do not have a retrieval string.

For these, cleaning is very easy. You can either wash them with a mild soap, use toy cleaner or wipes, boil them, or even put them through the dishwasher.

For easy storage, simple use the pouch they came in.

They are compatible with all lube types so you have no worries about buying any special lubrication.
