Let me start off by saying that I was thrilled with this product. What it describes is exactly what I got! A great change after that damn remote controlled egg *grumble grumble*.

Moving on.... My favorite use for this product was clitoral stimulation. When first ordering I was hesitant about the shape but after the first use I was hooked. The waves between bulbs hug the curve of my clitoris perfectly and allows this vibe to stimulate below the clit, right on target and just slightly above all at the same time.

"Bliss" can also be inserted but depending on the gal it could be a bit difficult to get it all the way inside. With the help of my Slippery Kitty water based lube the toy was eased in and provided amazing vibrations. Again, it was a different sensation than that of a normal torpedo or phallic shaped vibrator which made for a welcome change of pace.

It was also great for some couples play. Jay loved how simple the controls were. There is a button at the base and one click starts the slow speed, one more push knocks it up to medium speed, one more click is high and the last click is off. Then the cycle begins again. This also made it convenient if either of us had slippery hands- no need to fumble over that twist end.

"Bliss" is also waterproof. As I have mentioned, this vibrator uses a push button to turn on/off or switch speeds. I have had many "waterproof" toys that use a twist bottom to turn on and, sadly, with just a slight over twist moisture or humidity can be let in to corrode the filaments. Finally I have a toy where this won't be a problem and one that I feel entirely safe bringing in the tub or shower without a second thought.

Bliss is coated in a velvety plastic that is deliciously smooth. As a whole, this vibe is still made up of a hard (but not uncomfortable) phthalates free and latex free, hypo-allergenic plastic.

It doesn't smell like much of anything and definitely doesn't have that overpowering scent of plastic that some vibes have. It also doesn't taste like anything or leave that awful plastic after taste on body parts.

It is non-porous.

I love the design of this product. It is the first vibrator I have used that does not have the average, somewhat boring, torpedo shape. It has a series of bumps from the tip to about half way down the body of the vibrator ( check out the provided pictures as my description probably does not do this product justice).

As I have said before, these ridges add great variation when inserted and have just the right angles to hug the curves of my clitoris or nipples. The simplicity of the toy and three progressive speeds makes it a great buy for beginners and practiced players. I will say that the last bump is a little wide and may be difficult for some to get past when inserting it.

The only somewhat negative aspect is that this vibe does not have a flat bottom. The only place I found this problematic was in the shower. Without a flat bottom this product cannot be stood up on end and has a tendency to roll. This means that before or after play you may need to prop it between shampoo bottles to prevent it from rolling away.

This vibe is simple to hide or pack for a trip. It comes with a cute little case which will make it a little more bulky to stash in a drawer or suitcase but it does prevent the vibe from bouncing around or possibly getting damaged. If you are trying to be more covert when traveling, just leave the case at home.

Push button, push button, push button! I have said it before in this review and here it is again- Both my partner and I love the simple controls, especially when compared to twist bottom vibrators we have owned in the past.

The vibrations concentrate at the tip of this toy and get progressively more weak as you move back towards the base. Vibrations are exceptionally strong around the ridges. Once Bliss smooths out by the base the vibes are less exciting but still noticeable.

Bliss performs just as good submerged in water as it does completely dry.

As for noise, this toy gives off a slight hum and the faster the speed the louder the sound. Submerged it is much more quiet but when half in water and half out the vibrations become louder. Remember, bathrooms often have a tendency to echo.

If the house was entirely quiet, Bliss could probably be heard from behind a closed door. If this is something you are concerned with, just turn on the TV or radio and you are good to go.

Batteries seem to last a fair amount of time but this is entirely subjective to how long you use it and on what speeds.

Bliss has three different speeds. Jay and I found the slowest to be the best for teasing and foreplay, the medium speed to be used during the build up and the fastest speed for a great ending. It isn't a ton of variety and it does not vibrate in different patterns (only different speeds) but for the price I find the three settings to be more than acceptable. If you are in a hurry, I found the fastest speed on Bliss to be a great "get the job done" setting.

To clean, just wash with warm soapy water. Despite being waterproof, I would still recommend storing this toy somewhere dry with low humidity.

Bliss can be used with water, oil or silicone based lubes.

Bliss comes with a cute little case with a see through lid that locks on and is labeled. It isn't exactly discreet but does provide some protection to the toy and allows it to be stacked and such. I store it in its case in a drawer. If you need to be more discreet it would not be hard to hide - with or without the case.

I think the tin case would be super cute for presenting as a gift, but that's just my opinion.

There are simple instructions which you probably won't need given how easy this toy is to use. It needs two AA batteries (not included) which is listed on the case.
