What a Waste of MoneyAs someone who always needs nipple stimulation to become aroused, I was very disappointed by these. I picked them up thinking that they would be exactly what I was looking for. They fell well short of my expectations. They're perfect for someone who needs little to no actual stimulation. But for the rest of us, try another product.
Sleek design, Takes up little space
No suction, Comes off easily, Hard to apply
These "Nipple Suckers" are made out of a stiff rubber tube. The idea behind them is that you squeeze the tube, displacing the air inside, place them firmly over your nipple, and you'll feel a sucking sensation. The harder you squeeze, the more intense the sucking sensation will be. My problem, right off the bat, was that the rubber was so stiff that you had to use both hands to squeeze one. Even after they were applied the Nipple Suckers kept losing suction with the slightest movement. I can't express to you how frustrating it is having to pause for any length of time to put them back on. During the few brief moments that the Nipple Suckers were firmly attached, I couldn't feel a thing.
Like I said earlier, the Nipple Suckers are made out of a stiff rubber formed into tubes. The tops are rounded, and come to a little peak, reminding me of not-quite-hard nipples. Even opening them right from the box there wasn't much of that odor usually associated with rubber items. Despite the fact that they're made out of rubber, the Nipple Suckers don't really have much give and you have to struggle with them before you can use them easily. They're completely seamless, which is a good thing, since if a seam were to burst even in the tiniest opening they'd be completely useless. Even though the Nipple Suckers are made out of a really smooth rubber they do have a lot of drag against your fingertips which definitely makes for an easy grip. They're not going to slip out of your hands very easily.
In theory, the Nipple Suckers are designed perfectly. I'm sure that if my nipples were a lot more sensitive, they'd be a lot more effective. They are extremely easy to take off, however I struggled to put them on. My boyfriend ended up doing it for me and even then I felt nothing. On the plus side, they're extremely comfortable while they're attached because it literally feels like you're not wearing a thing! The Nipple Suckers are definitely large enough to cover even the largest of nipples, so that's not a worry. I really don't think that breast size has anything to do with how well or poorly this product performs. I'm a DDD, and my problem wasn't trying to get them to fit; it was trying to squeeze hard enough to feel any sort of stimulation. I'm sure it is adjustable, in theory. The harder you squeeze, the more suction you're supposed to get in the end. Conversely, the less pressure you apply, the less suction you experience when you attach them.
The entire concept behind this toy is that they have suction. It's even in the name. "Nipple Suckers." They really do suck. Just not well enough. They don't stay on, there's no pressure behind it, and it is not at all stimulating. I even applied it to my arm to make sure I was doing it right (I'm not sure how someone could do it wrong though) and there was no sensation. There was barely even a little ring left behind to show that it had been attached. If your nipples are so sensitive that rubbing against the lightest of T-shirts stimulates you, then these will probably be for you. Personally, I'm going to stick to my nipple clamps.
There wasn't much to the packaging. It came in a little cardboard box. If you shook the box, you'd hear the Nipple Suckers rattling around inside. It had a picture on the front of a pair of breasts, and a little diagram on how to use it, with a short blurb going into more detail. That was literally all of the instruction that they gave you. It's really not a difficult product to use, and you don't need a three-page manual to figure it out.
Follow-up commentary 3 months after original review
My initial dislike of the Nipple Suckers has not gone away. Thanks to a user who commented on my review (Aprika - Thank you!!), I actually ran them under hot water until they got really soft. My boyfriend applied them, and I was completely surprised by how much of a difference it made. It really is just a gentle sucking sensation, which is nowhere near enough stimulation for me. Additionally, after the Suckers started to cool off, they started to get hard again. One created a really unpleasant sensation around my nipple, the other fell off. Repeatedly. It just took too long for me to warm them up for it to be worth doing it again, in mid-session. So if you've got really sensitive nipples, I would definitely recommend this product, just warm them up first. Personally, I'm sticking with my nipple clamps.
