I bought the
pink Ben-Wa-Balls. The package comes with two large marble-sized balls. The balls are covered with ABS plastic with a weighted metal core. They are very easy to clean. I just use warm water and soap before I put them in and after I take them out.
The easy way for me to put in the balls is by squatting and pushing one ball in at a time as far as I can. The deeper inside the vagina the balls are the longer they will stay in. The balls do not have a string on them, so as far as getting them out I just squat again and push. Sometimes it helps to have an orgasm so you can push them out.
Do not buy these balls thinking they will give mind blowing orgasms. They do help tighten the vaginal muscles which in turn could give great orgasms, but that's only when used properly and very often. When the balls are placed inside the vagina the
vaginal muscles will tighten around the balls to hold them inside. I would recommend when used for the first few times to use them at home. The balls are heavy and it's very possible they will fall out. If that happens just put them back in. These are not miracle balls so do not expect results immediately it will take a lot of patience and time. I love the balls personally. I have a tight vagina, so I've been told, and when I use these balls it can give me a slow orgasm because I am constantly contracting my muscles. It's a wonderful way to keep my muscles toned and worth the effort. Partners or husbands will love the way your vagina grips his penis also giving him a better orgasm along with yourself.

Exactly right- the point of balls like this is to work muscles, not necessarily as a masturbation aid (though sometimes they do that too!).
I would think that these ones are lighter than traditional metal balls, though those don't have weight listed so I can't compare...
Some balls have a smaller metal ball that moves freely on the inside and can give vibrations, but these Ben-Wa-Balls do not have that. So no I do not feel any vibrations when I wear them.
Do they make any kind of vibration from movement when you are wearing them?
