The Elysium Vibrator will be a great addition to any toy box from beginner to advanced. Though the circumference might be a bit much for a beginner to start off with. This toy can be used for clitoral stimulation or for vaginal insertion. You could use it as a rolling massager on other body parts as well if so desired. This is not a toy to be used around water so shower play is out.

This vibrator is made of Silicone, which is rated at a 10 out of 10 on the Eden's Safety Scale. You cannot go wrong with a silicone toy, they are made of only the best material possible. There is no smell or taste to the vibrator. Silicone is a very smooth material, there is no drag with this vibe.

There are 5 rings on this vibrator, they add the texture that so many people desire. As well as at the top there is a slight lip to try and recreate the tip of a penis. This texture and be felt during play. It may be suitable for beginners or advanced players, it will all depend on personal preference.

The vibrator measures in at 6 1/4" in length, of this 3 3/4" are insertable, the circumference is 5". If you like longer toys, this will not measure up for your needs. The circumference may be too large for some beginners. I found the size to be a bit awkward at first as it is shorter than I normally use. There is a lot of power packed into this small vibrator, however.

This toy would be very easy to travel with, the compact size makes it easy to drop into your carry-on or even purse. However, I do not find it to be very discreet, one look will tell you exactly what you are looking at. It is small enough that it can be easily hidden from those that you do not want to see it.

You first need to charge this toy for 8-10 hours per the instruction manual. Mine did arrive with charge to it and I was able to use it straight out of the box. To charge you put the cord into the bottom of the toy and the other end into a USB port. I found it to hold a charge for about 90 minutes of non continuous playtime.

To turn it on you push the button on the handle of the vibrator. The is a light ring around the button that will come one. By pressing the button again you will change the mode or function of the vibe. When you get to the one you like, simply play away. When you are ready to shut it down, simply hold in the button for a few extra seconds. The light around the ring will illuminate with each pulse that they toy does, it is a continuous light on the straight vibration mode and will shut off when the toy is turned off. There are 7 patterns and 3 levels of straight vibrations for you to chose from.

The vibrations can be felt through the length of the toy, including the handle. If your hands are sensitive to the vibrations, this is a key thing to keep in mind.

The noise level of this toy depends on the function you are enjoying. I will rate it at 2 bees, keeping in mind that it ranges from 1-3 bees total.

This vibrator is not waterproof.

Silicone toys can be cleaned with warm water and soap, toy wipes, or a toy cleaner and a rag. You should only used water-based lubes with this toy. As with my other Silicone toys I keep them in a plastic zip-lock bag. You can reuse the packaging if you have room to store it.

This came packaged in a plastic box with the toy prominently showing on one side and a picture of the toy and its name on the other. This is sturdy enough to use for gift giving, however, it is not discreet at all. You can reuse the packaging for storage if you want the hassle of putting it away every time you use it.

At first due to the circumference I was not sure I would enjoy this toy. I have used bigger but they have also been longer and seemed to be more natural in feel. This toy, however, was very enjoyable.
