Smart Balls are fantastic! I never knew if I was doing Kegels correctly, but there's no doubt with Smart Balls! There are so many different ways you can squeeze them - holding down and keeping the pressure, doing quick sets, or trying to squeeze them out. Having them inside you automatically causes you to clench your muscles. When you actively try to clench in different ways, you can't help but relax and feel excited at the same time. The weighted balls feel so good once they start rolling around. If you think you're going to have a tough day at work, make sure to insert your Smart Balls before you leave the house! It's been quite a while but I still really like the Smart Balls. I have found that it is easier to insert them when standing. I really like to use these around the house when cleaning...just pop them in, put on some music and instantly housework is more fun.
