To use, you just need to apply a pea size amount to your G-spot or the clit area. Don't go overboard and apply too much, because after rubbing it in, you will start to get a tingling, warming sensation and you definitely don't want too much. According to the label, it says you will start to feel the warming sensation after about 5 minutes, but I felt it right away. I guess it just depends on your body and how you react to it. This did not work for nipple stimulation for me - I felt absolutely nothing.

A great thing about this product is that it's water-based, meaning that it is compatible with all materials of sex toys! It does contain glycerin, so if you are sensitive or prone to yeast infections it could cause one. I've personally never had an issue with that.

It seemed to work better with toys than actual intercourse in our opinion. My husband said it didn't make any difference for him.
