Xtreme Freebie

As a teaser or a add on to other play, this toy impressed me. I like the interesting shape and the variety it allows you. When I need a little bit of help getting in the mood, or a bit more oomph, this one fits the bill.

Use

The Xtreme Pack G-spot Bullet is a corded bullet vibrator with a bit of a G-spot curve. It provides a bit of a change from the normal egg shaped, or tubular bullet. By providing options in intensity and pattern, the Xtreme gives you variety. The coloring is bold and exciting, and the controls are certainly a step up from a simple multi-speed wheel. The cord is long enough, and the fact that the controls light up is entertaining. This bullet isn't enough to work for me on its own, but I do enjoy using it to get me in the mood for other play or during anal play.

You could choose to use this bullet for clitoral stimulation. If you like pinpoint stimulation, you can use just the tip. If you like a broader sensation, you can place the length of the bullet against your clitoris. You could also use this bullet for stimulation of other erogenous zones, like nipples, testicles or the shaft of a penis.

As the name implies, they intended the curve of this bullet to be a G-spot hunter. If you need pressure to enjoy G-spot play, you need a shallow G-spot to enjoy this toy. To hold the bullet and apply pressure to your G-spot, you aren't left with much length left to insert. That being said, I enjoyed the curve of this toy for internal as well as external play. I typically like a lot of pressure or rocking from a G-spot toy, so this isn't in my top five for that purpose, but the vaginal stimulation was enjoyable.

I wouldn't recommend inserting this bullet anally, but you could certainly use it for external anal stimulation. I'd worry that if you inserted this bullet anally, the cord might pull from the bullet when you tried to remove it, leading to the bullet getting stuck in there. I would suggest covering it with a condom if you use it for external anal stimulation, to make it easier to clean and allow you to use it for other play during the same session without worrying.

Bullets are a great way to ease into toys, they tend to not be phallic or intimidating and often give you flexibility when it comes to intensity. I'd say this toy is good used solo, but good for a couple to use as well. Beginners and advanced users alike could certainly find something to enjoy about it. It isn't waterproof, so it will need to stay in dry conditions.

Material / Texture

The bullet and control pack for the Xtreme Pack G-spot Bullet are made of ABS plastic with a PU coat, which ranks a 7 out of 10 on the Eden Safety Scale. It is phthalate free. I noticed little to no odor from any portion of the Xtreme bullet.

As it's hard plastic, the bullet is firm and has no bend or flex. The PU coat gives it a velvety smooth surface, with a nice feel to it. The surface is smooth with no bumps or nubs. There is a seam, which is very noticeable visually, but can't be felt while the bullet is being used. The bullet itself is a solid purple color, which I do like. It doesn't come in any other colors.

The control pack is also made of hard plastic, and is a combination of vibrant green and purple, which a black area where the indicator lights are. It is mostly smooth, with some ribbed areas on the side to make sure your grip doesn't slip. The area where the indicator lights are and the solid purple portions of the control pack are shiny, but the green grip areas have a more matte look.

The cord which connects the bullet to the control pack is green and flexible. It color coordinates with the green on the grip portions of the control pack.

Design / Shape / Size

In a sea of egg shaped bullet, it's nice to see a bit of deviation. The bullet is a tube with rounded ends, with one tip curved up to target the G-spot. The bullet itself is right around 3 3/4" long, which is pretty long for a corded bullet. If you have a shallow G-spot and you can reach it with this one, you will love the targeting vibrations that curve brings you.

The cord which connects the bullet to the control pack is 33", which is enough for most applications. I didn't encounter any position where I was annoyed by the cord length. The control pack is right around 4 3/4" tall and 1 3/4" wide. It is a nice size and sits comfortably in your hand.

Functions / Performance / Controls

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of power this set has. I'm not usually one for bullets, and I wouldn't have purchased this one. It was given as a free gift, and I have really enjoyed having it around. It's nice when things work out like that!

The vibrations are mainly focused about midway down the bullet, but a good amount of vibrations can be felt throughout. If you hold on to the bullet to use it, you do get a bit of a numb hand from it vibrating. I tend to position it externally or internally and leave it there, using it hands free, so I can't really complain about that.

There are 5 steady vibration settings, and 7 patterns. The control pack itself has 5 green buttons. The middle button is a simple on/off button. The "+" and "-" buttons are used for the steady vibrations. Pushing the "+" increases intensity, and pushing "-" lowers it. There is a series of oval shaped lights which corresponds to these settings and lights up along with your choices. The two arrow buttons allow you to cycle through 7 patterns. There is an arc of small round lights that corresponds to these, and light up accordingly. You can use each pattern on any of the 5 intensity settings, which is a grand total of 35 choices of how to use this bullet. That has to be something for everyone. I find the controls easy to use, and the buttons aren't prone to being hit accidentally.

I'd say that on its highest setting, this one tops out at 3 Vrooms. It isn't the loudest toy I've ever tried, and I don't personally find the noise distracting, but it isn't quiet either. I'll call it 2 Bees on its highest setting. You can hear it through the covers, but probably not through most closed doors; you might hear it through some thinner doors or walls.

I would call this bullet more of a buzz than a rumble, but just barely. It isn't as buzzy as most teeny push button bullets. I usually can't make a buzzy bullet work for me, and I was able to successfully use this bullet, so there is enough rumble to work for me.

The Xtreme bullet takes 2 AA batteries, which are not included. They fit in the control pack, with a simple back panel which removes to allow you to insert them.
    • Easy to use
    • Lots of variety in function
    • Multiple settings

Care and Maintenance

Caring for this toy is quiet easy. ABS plastic with a PU coat can be washed with soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner. Be sure to avoid submerging the toy, or getting the toy too wet when you clean it, because it is not waterproof and you could damage the toy. As the Xtreme bullet has a motor, you can't boil it or throw it in the dishwasher to sterilize it.

You can use water or silicone based lubes with this bullet, so feel free to use your favorite if you need it. I find that a bit of lube goes a long way with PU coated toys, so you might want to start with just a small amount and add more if you need it.

Plastic is easy to store, and there are no serious concerns about how and where to store the Xtreme bullet. I place mine in a plastic bag to store it, so I know the control pack and the bullet stay together.

Packaging

The packaging for the Xtreme Pack G-spot bullet is minimal at best. It all comes packed in a small plastic bag, with a simple folded paper that gives you instructions. I certainly wouldn't recommend it as a package suitable for gifting or storage.

As the plastic bag is clear, it isn't discreet. You can see right into the package and clearly tell it's a sex toy.

Follow-up commentary
When I need a quick fix, this toy works wonders. It's also excellent as an add-on to other play. The cord has held up well, and there are no issues to report. This was a great freebie.
