Xtreme in all ways

This toy has many ups and downs. Lets start with the positive: I love the velvety feel of the PU coated plastic, which is Phthalates free(safer). The buttons are easy to understand with simple up down arrows for function and intensity, and another for on/off.
The shape of the toy is nice both in the business end and the battery pack. It works well for both clitoral and G spot play, and even feels nice on(but not in) the ass. The battery pack is connected through a mini jack and a wire to the vibrator. This is nice because the chord is not likely to rip or break, but instead will just unplug.
Personally, I would have appreciated a longer chord, because it ended up getting tangled in our love making. When this happened, the jack came out of the battery back and the fun stopped. Being able to set it farther away might have helped. Also, the number of functions seems excessive. My partner got more frustrated trying to experiment with all the possibilities instead of actually achieving orgasm. The different vibration patterns were interesting, but didnt seem to do the trick. Accidentally touching one of the buttons means a change in pattern that ended up being more confusing than pleasant It is also not as quiet as I expected. The highest setting is definitely one not suited for quiet play.
We most often use this during intercourse as a clitoral stimulator, for extremely focused intense vibration. As a man, I can still feel, and enjoy, the vibrations through her into me.
This toy is not suited for anal insertion because there is no flared base and the chord is thin and could conceivably break.
Overall this toy works for what I need it for, but I think a less complicated, cheaper model would suit me better.

I still like this g spot bullet. During sex, we use it more for clitoral stimulation. She is not really a fan of using it as an insertable toy because of the size of the chord (wouldn't want it to break off). It is a powerful little toy that is still small enough not to get in the way. After trying it for a while we now mainly only use it on one setting because many of the options become overwhelming. Still a good toy, and still works well. Maybe not the best one out there, but not bad for the price.

Depends. This one you can, although I wouldn't insert it very far to make sure you don't end up with anything getting caught where the cord comes out of the bullet.

This is my first multi function bullet. My other one is just a straight up vibe. This one has a smoother material, and I like the different vibration settings. It's a good value for the price.

For that you want something with a flared bottom, like a buttplug has. Otherwise there is a risk that it could go too far in, and you wouldn't be able to get it out. It's also pretty quiet, and so is less likely to make you burst out laughing at the noise or otherwise spoil the mood with angry hornet sounds.

Question about Xtreme Pack Bullet

For those of you that have owned this, how long has it last for you? Even with a fair amount of love n' care my bullets don't last more than a few months and I've come to accept this as a reality of bullet vibrators :(
BUT, seeing as everyone says this is the best darn bullet in the world, I was wondering if maybe it was an exception to this rule? -
My first one lasted a year and a half.
But I've heard of others having much worse luck. -
I guess it's nice to know it at least has the capacity to last that long...there wasn't anything super special you did to extend its life, was there? I usually just try to keep them pretty dry (even when they say waterproof), take the batteries out between uses, and I have started reinforcing the wires at their connections with electrical tape. The tape has actually helped them from coming loose, which is good.
Anyone else have any suggestions?

I've had this happen with one somewhat like this...the cord pulling out when using it! Not fun! I also find that on a lot of these types of toys I just find a few settings that I like and stick with them rather than searching through a whole bunch each time, like you said it can get a bit overwhelming when there is so many!!
