The Inked Enhancer by California Exotics is a mildly decorative and fully functional vibrating penis ring. The moderately stretchy silicone toy can serve as a restrictive cock ring for men with penis girth over 1.3", or for smaller men the ring serves as a cock-and-ball ring. The silicone ring of this can be washed in soap and water after use, and I recommend boiling it for ten minutes to sterilize it. This should be done frequently, and certainly when switching between partners, or when it has been used during anal sex.
