I am a transman and I used this pump for my genitals, and it was pretty successful overall. The decreased total length makes it much easier to handle for smaller anatomy and the width, while it did make things a bit more challenging, wasn't too much to make work for me. The pump has a pretty impressive overall cylinder width, being two and a half inches in diameter, but it has a rubber type material on the bottom with an inner opening of an inch. This inner opening made it entirely possible to get a good seal around my anatomy. The pump has a hand pump (without any gauge unfortunately) and stays in place very nicely once suction has been achieved.

I'm pretty certain that any transman could use this, as I am not currently on hormones and I was able to get a decent fit. People with larger penises or hormonally enlarged clits would obviously be able to get an even better seal. I use it for daily pumping, but its also fun as a masturbatory toy, as it does create a pretty pleasant sensation.

There is also a release valve button on the top of the cylinder, so if the pressure becomes too intense, it is very easy to remove.

The entire product is latex free and hypo-allergenic. The cylinder and finger piston are made of plastic, and the hose portion and underside of the cylinder are made of a rubber material. The rubber under the cylinder makes it able to fit almost any size penis and still be able to get a great seal.

The design worked very well for me and it seems like it could work with a variety of penis sizes. The actual pumping mechanism works well and gets a very good suction going. While the diameter was a little large for my uses, it would probably be adequate for men with more average sized cocks. The only problem I encountered was that since the cylinder was so wide and rested against my pubic bone and general private area, the edges of the cylinder could be a little painful when the suction was intense, as it would push into my soft bits. This obviously wouldn't be a problem for bio-men as the pump wouldn't sit the same way, but it's something for other transmen to think about. I got around it by keeping a firm grip on the cylinder and keeping as much of the pressure off while maintaining a good seal.

The toy isn't particularly discreet and is rather large, so this may not be the best option for travel.

The pump is very easy to care for. I simply wash the underside of the cylinder with a bit of soap and water after use and let it dry. The rubber bottom is pretty easy to take on and off, which makes the cylinder very easy to get to.

The bottom part of the cylinder is made of a rubber material. It seems like silicone (although the packaging doesn't confirm or deny that) so I would advise against using silicone based lubes when using the pump as they will degrade the rubber bottom. A water based lube will give you the best seal when pumping and will not harm your pump.

The pump came in a somewhat flimsy box without any instructions for use, although its pretty easy to figure out. I just tossed the box in my recycling and called it a day. I keep the pump in a much sturdier box with the rest of my toys under my bed.

I always use the pump solo, although it could definitely be used with a partner if you so desired. I typically put a small amount of lube around my member and then pump to a comfortable level. I usually keep it pumped for 15 minutes or so and follow with a little bit of self love.
