The ring is made of supple and rubbery TPR, while the vibrator inside is solid plastic. Its very smooth and soft to the touch and pleasing against private areas. When I brought this toy into the bedroom, upon showing it to my boyfriend the largeness of the vibrator pouch freaked him out a bit.
