The toy was able to be flipped to stimulate my balls with the ball ring on. The bullet at times was over whelming for my wife but easily removed and continued for use at that point. The rings look and are very strong, clean, clear, and well molded. No lines or ruff areas on the jelly. The only problem I could find was not with the toy it was simply my own body hair. If you are more on the hairy side I suggest a good trimming before using the ball ring. While putting the rings on and taking them off i had to be extremely careful because the snug rings will twist and hair can become entangled and get pulled out. This again was not the toys fault but simply mine. Even then as along as I payed attention to what I was doing there were no problems. The cock commander did its job well. The bullet was intense the rings fit snug and gave that little extra squeeze that some desire while going at it. While on top the ring stayed in place and was easily maneuverable. While on bottom the toy really shined in my wife's eyes. She was able to put some serious pressure on the bullet and grind her hips in. The jelly bullet covering works well.
