I purchased this because it had some really good reviews. Both my husband and I have enjoyed using the cheaper disposable cock rings from screaming O. This cock ring is made from a stiff, thick Intramed material with a higher intensity bullet than the disposable toys have. It is compatible with condoms.



The cock ring is worn around the base of the mans penis and with this ring my husband was also able to wear it up around his testicles. The purpose of the cock rings is to hold the blood flow into the penis to keep the penis erect longer and hopefully delay the orgasm for the man. These can work well for men with Erectile Dysfunction either caused by nature or medical conditions. The problem with some men with erectile dysfunction who can get an erection is that the blood tends to leak back out of the penis before the man has finished his business. With the use of this type of cock ring, worn at the base of the penis it inhibits the blood from leaking.



With the 4Us cock ring you have the extra added value of a vibrating bullet. This adds extra pleasure for clitoral stimulation for the female partner! This is my favorite part. The bullet that comes with the 4us cock ring is a simple smooth one speed bullet. It is the RO80mm. You push the button on the end and it turns on and off. It has an O ring present for waterproofing. It runs on 1 N type battery. The bullet is easily removed from the sleeve that holds it. The bullet’s vibrations are carried nicely through the Intramed material and my husband states that he can feel the vibrations carrying through the Intramed even to the underside of his balls.

The bullet seems to be about a medium intensity, I would give it a 3 on the vroom scale and it is slightly buzzy only about a 2 on the bee scale. It isn’t loud and cannot be heard through closed doors.

The ring itself has an unstretched circumference of 1 inch, it is stretchable to 2 ¼ inches. It has a bump present that is intended to hit the clitoris. The inside of the ring has at total of 6 bumps present, 7 if you count the one that extends from the clitoral bump, that press into the penis. From my husband point of view he said that he really didn’t seem to notice them at all.

What is Intramed you ask? Intramed is a specially formulated thermoplastic. It has similar benefits of that of silicone but it is fully reprocess able and recyclable making it an environmentally friendly alternative. It is tasteless and odorless.

The 4us cock ring is made from Intramed. This toy is lightly textured, no big ripples or ribbing but it does seem to have a matte slightly bumpy texture. The Intramed is firm but very stretchy and with the smaller less solid portion of the ring opposite of the bullet this will accommodate many sizes of penis’s. Intramed has an Eden safety scale rating of 8. It’s hypoallergenic, non porous, latex and phthalates free.



It is very easy to clean, you can use antibacterial soaps and water, toy sprays, Eden wipes or clean it with a 10% bleach solution. In searching the web for more info I found that you can boil or place intramed into the dishwasher. Intramed is compatible with all types of lubes except for oil. I personally have only been using water based lubes at this time. Intramed has no special storage instructions but I still wouldn’t store it with my silicones. I keep it in the box that it came with.



The 4 us cock ring comes in a very nice black box with a clear window to see the product. I actually store the ring inside of the box. It also came with a booklet from rocks off with information about their other products.



I apologize but in my searching I couldn’t find out more information about the Intramed and storing it around other materials. I would keep it separated from my silicones as to not harm any of our precious toys!
