This adjustable extender will work best for men with "average sized" penises. Anything larger than say, six inches in length will probably be difficult to fit in the sleeve, and thicker penises will also have an issue fitting. This is truly a cock enhancement, and isn't appropriate for above average men. However, if the sleeve is a little too long for you, it is able to be shortened simply by cutting with scissors the length you want.

In my opinion, this toy is more suited for more experienced users just due to the fact that it is a strange looking thing. When I first saw it, I was honestly a little afraid. I'm normally much more inclined to use smooth toys, whereas this one is completely covered in spiky studs. The intimidating nature of its appearance paired with the added length may be too much for someone just getting started with sex and sex toys.

This extender could also be used for solo play to enhance an existing vibrator or dildo, as long as it could fit inside the sleeve. If you use it with another toy, make sure that it doesn't stretch the PVC too much and also remember to remove the extender from the toy after you're done using it, because it will stretch and deform. When it stretches too far, this toy will rip, and that is no fun at all!

When I saw that this was made of PVC, I was expecting something hard and rough, but to my surprise, it is very soft and supple! I would describe it as kind of soft and squishy, almost jelly-like. It was not stretchy enough to use the same method on my partner however, who had quite a hard time getting it on.

My partner had a very difficult time getting this on, partly due to his size and partly due to the material. It is rubbery, squishy, and stretchy so it stuck to him and stretched while he attempted to put it on. He told me that it wasn't that good for him; his head was blocked by about two inches of PVC and the shaft was surrounded by 1/8 inch of material as well. It should definitely fit an average sized guy, but slightly bigger makes it extremely difficult to use.

This is pretty easy to take care of, warm water and antibacterial soap does the job, or any sex toy cleaner. It does get a little tricky with the dozens of studs, but if you have a soft brush or a small sponge, just submerge the toy in water and wipe away, it should be clean in no time!

I would recommend keeping the plastic packaging for storage. Since it is already shaped to the extender and it's made of hard plastic, it keeps the shape nice and prevents your enhancer from getting smushed, deformed or dirty.

This item came packaged in a plastic case that snapped together at the top. It is able to be opened and closed repeatedly. The plastic was molded to the shape of the extender which made it really great for storage and maintaining the shape of this toy.
