It has both a vaginal and anal orifice (which share the same tunnel), and a separate hole for the included vibrating bullet. The Sasha Grey is pretty good sized, and at a bit over 2 lbs, is heavy enough for some serious thrusting action! It's not quite "life size", so it did get a little awkward to use, but that wasn't too big of a problem. It will fit up to around 8" inside and is open ended, so size will not be an issue here.

The UR3 Material used in this toy is firm and solid, and does a nice job replicating the feel of skin! There is somewhat of a sweet, chemical smell to it, but I didn't let that bother me!
