This toy can be used hand held or hands free. The hard outer casing should allow you to stick it between a mattress without all that weight coming down directly on your penis, which may be a problem with other toys. All in all, it's simple and easy to use. Place the sleeve in warm water for about 10 minutes, place it back in the casing, lube up, and you're ready to go.

The outer casing is made of hard plastic, while the inner sleeve is made of super-skin which is made to mimic real skin. It is fairly soft, but it would be a stretch to compare it to the real thing; it is not quite as flexible and more ridged. It can also start to get sticky after a few washes. However, corn starch can get it back to original form. The material is also pretty fragile. Pretty much anything besides water based lube and warm water will damage it. You can't use soap or any other type of cleaner, aside from isopropyl alcohol and a cleaner fleshlight makes.

The design of all SIAC fleshlights seems to place much more emphasis on discretion rather than function. In all honesty, it fails miserably at both. There is no such thing as a beer can made of plastic. The seams where the caps open are quite visible, and the stickers on it are a dead give away. Anyone who sees it and has a few seconds alone with it will open it up and find out exactly what it is. On the other side, there is absolutely no grip. The plastic surface is completely smooth. The texture of the sleeve is supposed to imitate real anal sex, but it fails pretty miserably at that also. The suction on this thing is near impossible to control and poorly designed. When you insert yourself, the sleeve will push against the end cap and create an air tight space which will prevent you from going any further in. You will have to take the end cap off completely and then try to place it back on afterwards; pretty difficult when there's about an inch of sleeve completely coming out of the back.

Basic clean up is pretty easy, just rinse with warm water and let it dry. Don't use soap as it may damage the material and don't use towels as material can stick to super-skin. Don't place the caps back on until it is completely dry either. You can then place corn starch on it to prevent it from sticking together.
