The Adonis silicone ring is one of those items that is easy to use for the first timer to the seasoned professional. Like similar products of this design the atlas is designed to assist in maintaining an erection. It can also be used in CBT play or other ways based on the users imagination. The diameter of the ring makes it a good fit for the average male; well endowed men may find the ring to be tight while thinner members may find the ring slipping off. The un-stretched diameter of the ring in 1 1/8" and the stretched diameter is 1 1/4".

The ring is made of 100% silicone, flexible and did not have any noticeable odor. The ring has a raised pattern that gives the ring a raised texture. The texture does not provide any noticeable stimulation but does assist in grip when lube is applied to the ring when putting it on and taking it off. The raised texture can snag on long hair but does not pull on the skin. For those who "manscape" the texture is not a problem.

The ring is very basic in it design; a round stretchy ring. The size of this particular ring seems to be made with the average size male in mind. It does fit over either the shaft or testicles but it does not seem to stretch enough to fit over both at the same time. If worn that way it may be a bit to tight. The ring is easy to place on the shaft, a little bit of water based lube makes it even easier to put on. Getting it over the testicles takes a little more effort and where having short/no hair makes a difference. Once on the ring stays in place and is comfortable to wear.

Only water based lubes should be used with the ring since it is made of silicone. It is very easy to clean; its size makes it easy to wash in the sink with mild soap and water or wipe down with sex toy cleaner. The blister pack it came in makes for a great storage container and it seals shut keeping dust from collection on it. The size makes it easy to store and travel with.

The ring comes in a small blister package that is simple to open and close. The lable is a cardboard insert that is printed on both sides and can be removed. There is an important warning printed on the lable that warns the user to avoid wearing the ring for longer than 30 minutes and to wait 60 minutes between additional uses to avoid bruising and permanent injury.

We found the ring also worked well as a grooming aid when shaving the scrotum. It helps hold the skin tight which allows both hands to be used when shaving that particular area. The result was a more efficient shave quicker and easier than in past experiences.
