After a rather snug experience with the regular sized Soft Tube Cup, I was generally much happier with the Soft Tube US. Softer, more room to *ahem* breathe, which made it much easier to control the pressure on my penis. It makes great training wheels for the Tenga Flip, if you want to take a test drive before buying the car.
