Use

The Dolphin is a double bullet vibrating cock ring that is meant for stimulating the clitoris and testicles during intercourse. The top has a 'nose' for clitoral stimulation while the bottom has a nubbed area for stimulating the testicles and penis base.

This is a couples ring and is used for stimulation during intercourse. If you turn it around, it will provide some stimulation to the head and testicles of the penis during his solo masturbation.

If you remove a bullet, you can use it as a teasing vibrator for other erogenous zones of your partner. This is a versatile cock ring that can be pleasing to both people involved.

Material / Texture

The cock ring is made of thick, stiff jelly and is not very stretchy. Jelly is one of the lower rated materials used for toys and is very porous and not recommended for sharing. I was surprised at the lack of stretch this ring had. Most jellies are very soft and stretchable, but not this one. If you are a larger man you might want to forego this product.

There is an irritating odor with this dolphin and time has not diminished it very much. We do not use this ring much due to the tight fit and the odor that seems to be permanent. The bullets have no odor and are made of hard plastic. They are rated safe, but do heat up during use due to the lack of cooling air inside the jelly.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The nose on the dolphin really irritated my clitoris and we had to adapt the dolphin in order to continue using this toy. I cut off and rounded the nose to make a softer, more pleasant stimulator. The bottom bullet did not hit me at all, but did add some vibrations to my husbands testicles. After about 20 minutes, we ended up having to turn that bullet off due to irritation. I guess itchy and numb balls are not a good thing to have! Imagine that!!

The fit was almost dangerously tight, it is comfortable to about 1 3/4" girth, but anything larger requires a bit of elbow grease and a lot of lube to make it go on the shaft. Word of advice, DO NOT accidentally let it snap when it is on the head of your partner, you will be flying solo the rest of the night!!

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controller has dual controls which is nice if you do not want to use both bullets at the same time. The controls move up and down for speed and power. The bullets are nicely powerful and do get noisy after they heat up. The overheating is due to lack of cooling capability inside the jelly. This does burn them out faster, but other bullets will fit in the sleeves.

We kept getting tangled up with the two cords, the dolphin was too tight and I did not get much clitoral satisfaction from this toy. It was a bust for us, but I can see where it could be a great item for others. I wish it was not made of jelly and had a better design for stimulation.

My husband did have some hair in his nether regions removed by the dolphin. If you are not into the pain of jelly hair plucking, you might want to shave first.

Care and Maintenance

After removal of the bullets, the Dolphin can be washed in warm soapy water and rinsed off. I recommend air drying due to its amazing ability to attract any lint in the immediate area. I do re-wipe it with toy cleaner.

Store separately, in its own bag away from all your other toys. Jelly will melt and ruin or discolor your other items. Use only water based lubricants and again, keep it separated!!

The bullets are easily wiped down with a toy wipe or damp cloth and rubbing alcohol. They can be stored with or without the toy. I even store these separate from the cock ring so it does not ruin them if it does melt.

The Dolphin is in our box of parts. The thick and stiff jelly was just too much of a hassle, too uncomfortable and too painful for us to deal with anymore. I pulled it out for the review, but we cannot enjoy ourselves with this product and can use the bullets in other cock rings.

I considered making the hole of the ring larger but my husband stated that it would still be a pain with two cords, hair plucking material and wrong stimulant points. So, bye, bye Dolphin!!

Jimbo, we used 1500 grit sandpaper and then smoothed it with an old curling iron. Sounds pretty rough, but it looks great and worked better!! That is too funny, I thought the nose issue was just going to be me! I am glad I wasn't just being picky.
