My husband and I used this ring several times and I must say, I absolutely love this wonderful, darling little thing. It hits all of the right spots as long as you put it on right. As far as cleaning concerns go, just a little bit of soap and warm water goes a long way with this product. It is very user friendly and easy to maintain. The only problem that I had with this product is that the batteries in it does not last nearly as long as my husband and I would have liked. The batteries only lasted for about 3 or 4 wonderful sex sessions and they can not be replaced so you have to go out and buy another one (which my husband and I happily did). However that does get a little bit expensive.
My favorite feature of this toy is that it is something that works for both my husband and I. It vibrates on his penis and gives him pleasure while at the same time is vibrating against my clit and absolutely making me want to crawl out of my skin and scream with pleasure.
My only advise would be to purchase an extra one (just in case) because it would be a real shame for the batteries to die on you while you and your partner are enjoying it so much. My husband has a good average sized penis and it was a little bit tight on him and kind of hard to remove if he waited until he ejaculated to take it off.

I have a cock ring that runs on watch batteries, in my experience it died fast and it wasn't powerful. I now will never buy a toy with less then 2 AA batteries.
I'm pretty sure the batteries are meant to be replaceable- you just have to remove the bullet from the sleeve first.
Also, be careful about using this on dildos- it's TPR silicone, and will melt if in contact with other silicone products.
These cock rings sure are popular. I tried a Durex disposable and the stretchy band was so thin it actually was painful to my husband. The batteries on this are not replaceable? I have the Screaming O Octopus, and it takes a little maneuvering, but the batteries can be replaced. Watch batteries, but still cheaper than buying a new one. You just have to remove the battery compartment from the hole in the stretchy material (on the Octopus, at least--I don't own this one, but it's worth investigating).
I bought one of these a while back and also wished that it would last longer. I guess that's probably a common problem with "one use" vibrating cock rings. Thanks for the review.
