This product had a great concept. It has large ribs on the outside for her to enjoy and the inside is lined with ribs for you to enjoy. When I first took the Hot Rod out of the package, it had a scent that seemed to smell like rubber to me. I took the Hot Rod out of the package and the rubber smell seemed to stay on my hands. After time, the smell did go away. The Hot Rod feels like Jello, and I thought to myself, "How in the world is this ever going to stay into place?" It took a lot of lube to even slide it on!

I, by no means, am a small man. I just wanted to give the wife a little more. I bought just one of these and it turns out to be a bit short when stretched over a moderately-sized penis. As it turned out, when used, we didn't enjoy it, not one bit. During sex it kept sliding off, and we would have to stop just to put it back on. The Hot Rod actually started to bunch up at the base of my penis so it was impossible to even slide it in her. We started and stopped sex about three times just to adjust or slide the Hot Rod back on before it actually broke on us. We were not being rough, it was just poorly made.

As far as the feeling, well, honestly, I didn't feel anything, and neither did my wife. This sleeve is thick so that could have played a part in not being able to feel anything. I feel that personally it did not add any type of girth to my penis. I would have to say that the Hot Rod would be better as a masturbation sleeve than an enhancer due to the ribs inside of it.
