It's very thick and not that stretchy in my opinion, but with a good amount of thin lube, it will slide on pretty easily. You can choose to use both vibrators or just the one with the one nub or two 'ears'.

When putting it on, my fiance said it did enhance the sexual experience and the ears or nub did stimulate her clit, and was strong enough to be felt. For her she didn't really enjoy it much using both of the bullets at the same time, when having sex in the 'doggy-style' position (which I forgot to mention are pretty powerful) because that would cause the opposite end to stimulate too close to her 'back door' as she calls it, not enough to go in but it was tickling the opening and too distracting for her, so only one bullet is used in that position.
