Given the title of this interesting stroker, "Belladonna's throat fucker", I don't think anyone would mistake what it's used for. But, just in case there may be a few folks out there wondering...You make your penis hard, then lube up both your member and the inside of the toy, then slide your rod in and stroke it up and down until you cum.

The material is listed as "Ultra realistic 3.0 (UR3)", Thermal plastic elastomer (mixture of PVC and silicone). At first feel it's very nice. It has a soft almost warm feel to it, very playable and flexible and it has very little odor, and taste(yes I actually tasted it...chuckle). Inside the toy are these ridges, pretty aggressive ridges. You can definitely feel them when you are stroking, in fact they are almost too aggressive.

About the design of this little guy(or girl). It's an interesting concept, the lips are molded after Belladonna's lips and mouth, and they look really close. And the idea is that you can actually see your member sliding in out of her mouth. However, When I look at this toy, an use it...I can't help but think of some sort of alien fish. The outside is pretty big around, so you can really get a hold of it. The penetration tunnel is larger (about the diameter of your pinky) than most masturbation sleeves I have used, and as with most toy of this nature the tunnel runs all the way through it.

The toy is listed at 5 1/2" long, and as with a lot of toys like this, it's not quite long enough in my opinion. I have an average length and girth penis(6 inches) and when you really start getting into using this thing, the head of my penis pokes out the other side. When I came, I squirted all over the place. I would like to see this type of toy a little longer to help collect the "final product". Another thing about this stroker, is the ridges, quite aggressive ridges on the inside. I like textured toys, but after a few minutes of steady stroking in side this toy my penis almost felt numb from the ridges. I think they went a little to heavy with them. On a positive note though, this toy is very flexible, so if your one of those fella's with a really big and or wide cock, you should be able to use this toy, no problem.

The cyber skin type material is very easy to clean. The design of the toy itself really lends to easy clean up. Literally turn on the faucet with some warm to hot water and put the "mouth" over the faucet and let the water run through it. Afterward I pat the outside dry and sit it up vertically to let it drain, then toss in a plastic bag and it keeps great. It's not sticky so it doesn't attract "fuzz" from a towel or the sheets.
