Opening and Design Impressions

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a prosthetic attachment, not an extender or sleeve. Men will get no enjoyment out of this. But, on the plus side, you can go all night with one as you don't need to be hard to use this. It would be great for men with ED, insatiable lovers, or size queens.

The Red Boy comes in one of those silly sex shop blister packs that cut your fingers. Open it up, get Red Boy out, then throw the packaging away where your relatives/kids/pets won't find it.

Once opened, the Red Boy will feel GIGANTIC in your hands. It's bigger than the Rambone and smaller than the Bam. Actually this is about the EXACT size of a Coke can.

Material, Safety, and Cleaning

Big Red is Vinyl, which is about as unsafe as you can get, condoms would be recommended over this, or at the very least, good cleaning and please NO sharing with this one without condoms.

The red part of the toy is easy to clean with soap and water or toy cleaner, it's very smooth and things don't get stuck to it easily (including lint). The straps however can get lube on them if you are not careful, that can harbor bacteria. If you are worried about it, they can be soaked in soap and water and line dried before the next use. Or you can be careful with the lube so you don't soak the straps.

Dimensions and Shape

The head of this Royal toy is LARGE, it's about the same size or bigger than a pop can at the top of the shaft, after the head, there are three modestly sized ridges.
