This is a very simple cock ring: it's literally just a ring. It's thick metal, so it's not flexible at all. It'll either fit around the penis, or it won't. Unlike some other rings, there's no way to fit the testicles through the ring as well as the penis. It should be simple enough for all users; there are no moving parts and only one place it will fit (or not fit)! If you're not familiar with cock rings, they are designed to help a man maintain his erection longer.

The ring is made out of a fairly weighty metal. It's very solid and completely not malleable. The ring does feel very smooth; I don't notice any seams. It's fairly flat and seems like it might be a bit more comfortable to a man if it was rounded a little bit more. Overall, it is a pretty nice feeling ring.

The biggest problem I see with this toy is that it's not adjustable at all; if it's too small for you, you're not going to be able to get it on. If you do, it's going to end up hurting. If it's too big, it's not going to stay on. If you're in the market for a ring, measure first! If sized correctly, it should be fairly simple to put on and take off; it doesn't wrap around the testicles, so it seems kind of hard to mess up.

The beauty of this ring is that it is very smooth, so it won't be prone to harboring bacteria. I would either wash it down with soap and water or use the same toy cleaner I use for my own female toys. It's small and discreet enough to store wherever you like except where it might rust.

My "toy tester" bravely volunteered to try this out for me, but when it got down to go time, he pictured lack of blood flow and emergency rooms. He was pretty sure he could get it on but also pretty sure he wouldn't be able to get it back off. Sizing is definitely important with a non-adjustable, rigid ring, and it just wasn’t the right size for him.
