While this might work well for a man who wants a bit extra girth or length, my preferred use for items like these are to slide it onto one of my dildos, that may be in need of a little help, and using it to enhance that. With that in mind, I don't think this item will work for a man with a small penis. If you are only a couple inches in length, it will be far too limber to work out the remaining length.

This is a silicone product. So really in order to clean it you can simply drop it in some boiling water for a few minutes. But unless you live alone, or with a partner that knows about your toy habits, that may not always be an option. My preference in this case is to get really hot water in the sink and soak it in that, while in the bathroom. It's a more discreet option by far. It just might take a little extra soaking.
